Fantastic experience: Terrific gym. Immaculate, cool temperature and the best front desk manager, Allison. I hope I have her name right. She is petite, excellent shape and always professional. An absolute joy!

Fantastic experience: Great dependable Gym. Always squat racks available. Plenty of benches. Friendly staff. Friendly regulars. The only downside is at busy hours parking can be a little difficult to find- I'm hoping someday they can move to a bigger location :)

Fantastic experience: Great gym with awesome equipment, environment, classes and trainers! I was finally able to participate in Juan’s outdoor boot camp last Thursday and it was incredible! He answered all of my questions thoroughly and made me feel comfortable by doing so - assisting with form, and motivating everyone throughout the evening. The ambiance of this class was perfect. From the music and weather to the individual exercises, I can genuinely say i enjoyed every bit of it! I’d recommend this class to anyone no matter what part of their fitness journey they are at - all you need is the desire to improve! Take the class, you won’t regret it!

Fantastic experience: So I have been to a lot of gyms in my 27 years of life lol but i have never dealt with such amazing staff. They are all always joyful and ready for the day and give you a big hello as soon as you walk in. They also email back right away for any questions and are there to help you with whatever matters you need help with. This gym is also very clean and the staff is constantly walking around cleaning and making sure everything is sanitized. I love going here and I definitely recommend the zoo health club Winter Springs! The classes are great as well!

The staff were friendly, the machines were rarely crowded, and everything felt very clean and new. The gym in my experience was actually less crowded after work than before work.

Fantastic experience: The zoo gym was a great local gym while I lived in Winter Springs. The facilities were clean, they had ample equipment options, great hours and a friendly staff. I had an issue with some billing concerns and the Zoo did the right thing and reached out to me a resolved to my satisfaction. It has become increasingly difficult to find businesses that do right by their customers and I'm happy to share the Zoo does respect its customers and has a high standard for the way in which they conduct business. I would recommend this gym.

Fantastic experience: Positive: Communication , Professionalism , Quality We have been members for two years or so. The gym is great, the staff very friendly and helpful. While they had to close during COVID 19, they have now reopened and the place is spotless with clean and newly re-upholstered equipment. We love our membership at the Zoo!

Fantastic experience: Love working out here. Except for Mondays (international chest day) it isn't very crowded. The place is always clean and well maintained. Wide variety of equipment and new machines trickles in on a consistent basis. The staff is SUPER friendly, motivating, and professional (shout out to Tim and Gina especially). Great location with lots of group classes if that's more your thing. Also, on the off chance you forget your headphones, the music doesn't suck.

Fantastic experience: As an avid Health and Fitness Conscious person, I want a gym that can offer me the best environment possible for my fitness goals. After being a member to many gyms throughout the years, The Zoo Health Club in Winter Springs and Oviedo is by far the best gym I have ever belonged to. The Zoo is clean with tons of fitness options, from free weights, cardio, cable machines and more, as well as many fitness classes to accommodate almost everyone's busy schedules. The staff is very professional, friendly and they will always go out of their way to see if they can help. The Zoo Health Club in Winter Springs has become my home away from home and everyone there feels more like family than a gym that I go to just to work out. I would encourage anyone looking for a gym. They make you feel welcome and comfortable from the moment you walk in the door.....so consider the Zoo and give it a try. I give the Zoo Health Club Winter Springs 5 stars!!!!

Zoo Health Club is unequivocally one of the best. The facility, always spotless. The equipment, always working. The staff, always friendly and professional. Ten out of ten would recommend!

Fantastic experience: I originally signed up in the Oviedo location when it first opened. I ended up being deployed with my unit and explained my situation with the crew there. I was so impressed with their service that when I came back and moved to winter springs I knew I would love to join. The staff is so welcoming and friendly. Any issue or concern I had was met immediately. The equipment is always well maintained and clean. I can’t give enough praise to how well I feel taken care of when I workout.

Fantastic experience: I have had memberships at all the major chain gyms. This is by far the best gym experience. Staff is super friendly and it seems to translate to the memberships as a whole as well. They have a wide variety of well-maintained equipment and continue to update based on the needs of members. I’d also highly recommend their boot camp class if you get a chance!!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been a member ever since they opened and I love it! The employees are super friendly and welcoming. They’re always ready to greet you as soon as you walk in. The atmosphere of the gym is uplifting and motivating. Also, the whole gym is clean. The employees do a great job at maintaining the gym. I always see them walking around to make sure it’s spotless and equipment is in its place. This goes for both locations, Winter Springs and Oviedo. I definitely recommend becoming a member. I truly enjoy working out at The Zoo Health Club!

From free weights, to elptcals, saunas, and many more. I'd recommend the gym for all ranges of level of fitness. The zoo offers amazing classes with amazing instructors.

Fantastic experience: Been a consistent member for 5+ years and it is a great gym. The constant addition of new equipment and removal of non used ones keeps the gym fresh and a good place to get a workout. Plus they offer a wide variety of classes if that’s what your seeking, as well as 2 great locations to pick from. The staff, and the trainers are exceptional, friendly, and motivated for helping with any questions you have. Zoo gym 10/10.

Fantastic experience: Always clean, staff is so friendly and helpful if you have any questions about workouts. Lots of amenities, lots of room for floor workouts, a lot of different machines. I rarely see any machine out of order and fellow workout people are respectful

Fantastic experience: This is a great gym. I have heard many great things about them and I have been going there over this summer. The no slamming policy is there to protect the equipment and the people that aren’t paying attention to you but their own workout. The staff is very kind and is always making sure the gym stays very clean. They have a great selection of equipment, and usually more than one of each. If you haven’t tried it since the expansion, you should definitely try them out. Many people complain about the contract and in my opinion it is worth it for the location, atmosphere, and the staff.
