Elite Fitness Gym

Fantastic experience: Elite is a great gym! The trainers are knowledgeable, professional, and nice. The atmosphere is friendly and encouraging even during competition. Members and trainers really celebrate everyone's success. The Challenge helped me change the quality of my life in only 8 weeks! I lost 26 pounds and grew stronger both physically and mentally. Boot Camp was a fun way to further physical fitness and Kickboxing classes are my favorite way to get fit and let off steam! I recommend Elite Fitness to anyone who is serious about their health weather they are experienced or a newbie like me.

Fantastic experience: This Gym is Awesome! Elias and JLee are fantastic trainers who make fitness fun while delivering results! Their contrasting styles of training complement each other and brings a unique experience to each workout. Members of all skill levels are pushed to new limits in a fun, safe, non-intimidating supportive manner. I had been training hard since October of last year running up to six miles a day three times a week, lifting 3 to 4 days a week, kayaking and biking. I had dropped 45 pounds but had pretty much come to a plateau. With Elias’s coaching I am spending less time in the gym and have dropped another 10 pounds in just three weeks. More importantly I have gained strength and agility. Just this week coworkers again have begun commenting on the improvement of my physical appearance. I can’t say enough great things about this gym. I’m about 10# away from my goal weight and know that I will make it with Elias’s and JLee’s help. I use to dread working out but now can’t wait to get to class! JP Morton

I'll put it this way: I've always disliked gyms. Period. I've never been big on physical exercise - just enough to get by. But this spot and these folks have changed that for me. Fantastic experience: Great gym to work out. I would like to shout out Rob who is super attentive and has great customer service. He makes you feel welcomed at the gym. Whoever is the manager or owns the gym should definitely consider moving Rob up!

Fantastic experience: I am super happy with my decision to join Elite. I LOVE the Cardio Boxing classes. I also decided to do the 8-week Challenge they offer twice a year. I'm already seeing results and we still have 5 more weeks! When you find out that the other Challengers have done multiple Challenges you know it's worth it! My favorite part of Elite is the staff and the members. They truly care about you personally. They are always available to talk with you, they are extremely encouraging, and very knowledgeable. I don't just feel welcome I feel a part of something. Thanks Elite! You guys are awesome!

Fantastic experience: Can’t say enough how about how Elite gym has helped me jumpstart and continue my journey to living healthy! I joined the eight week fall 2021 challenge because a friend had good results in the spring challenge. The program was great and I saw great results (lost 60lbs!) but the real reason I love this gym is because of the quality of people they have as trainers and the owners themselves. They are genuinely interested in helping you achieve your health goals and they participate in the classes and programs for their own health as well. The combination of high quality programs/classes paired with the high quality trainers make Elite an amazing gym that can help anyone achieve their health goals!

The workouts are so much fun! Elias is a great motivator and always willing to give advice or tips if u ask! I plan to stay a member for as long as I can!

Fantastic experience: I have received a lot of encouragement during my therapeutic workouts at elite fitness. the staf are excellent at this gym. they really try their best to help me work around to live with my traumatic brain injury. I've accomplished more at this gym, in a shorter time frame than anything I've done at the va.
