Fantastic experience: I cannot say enough wonderful things about Unique Fitness!!! From the welcoming atmosphere to the helpful coaches it is an all around wonderful asset to our community! Damon and his staff truly care about their members and go above and beyond to include everyone. We have only been bringing my son about 2 weeks now and it has made such a HUGE difference in all of our weeks!! I pray for your continued success and thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

Fantastic experience: Damon and his team are just amazing people. The work they are doing to keep the special needs community in Lafayette, LA engaged, involved, and fit is truly incredible. Their gym and fitness programs are tailored to those individuals with Autism and other special needs. Damon is a world-class individual and is working hard to please his customers.

Charli’s membership at Unique Fitness has allowed her to stay active and motivated, she is encouraged and motivated by the staff as well as her peers. Positive experience: Positive: Communication , Professionalism , Quality Damon worked with Michael for several years as his personal trainer. I saw improvement in strength, balance, and coordination. These classes were the highlight of my son’s week. He especially enjoyed learning martial arts. No he is taking part in the MMA classes and I am so impressed with the knowledge and skills he is learning.

Fantastic experience: Unique Fitness is a gym right here in Lafayette, LA. It offers fitness classes and guidance to individuals with disabilities. Coach Damon and his group (Coaches Catherine, Max, and Emily) are so skilled at working with unique individuals. They all enjoy the classes and benefit from improved fitness. My daughter lost 10 pounds during quarantine because daily Zoom classes were offered to maintain participants’ fitness levels. We count Unique Fitness as one of our blessings.

Fantastic experience: My son loves it. He gets to see his friends, meet new friends and be in a different environment. The staff is very friendly and helpful in any situation. The staff shows that the clients come first and cares for their well being. I love it because it is like a SAFE PLACE for my son. Fantastic experience: Unique Fitness has had a huge positive impact on my brother's life. Before joining, Royce had never exercised and was overweight. Now he happily attends class twice a week, walks almost everyday, and participated in the zoom classes five days a week during the entire quarantine. Royce lost weight, became more flexible and agile, and has made wonderful friends. But above all that, he's a happier, more confident person. Coach Damon Vincent and Coach Max Vining and their team have been incredible mentors with hearts of gold. Besides physical fitness, their students also learn life skills, set goals for themselves, develop better eating habits, and become better team members. Unique Fitness is a first rate program that I highly recommend and we look forward to their growth and development in the future!!
