Fantastic experience: If you need a place to go that pushes you this is the place!! Mind to muscle is one thing they teach and it really pushes me to go past what I think I can do! It also helps get my anger out when punching the bag, so I can let off steam from the day!

The HIIT workout is painful but the joy comes in lasting longer than the workout before. The bag rounds are a challenge but definitely the funnest part of the workout ! It's been the only workout I can stick with!

Fantastic experience: Coming from OOT, I was hesitant the staff at ILKB Lafayette would welcome me. Nope! Such friendly and helpful staff. Warm welcome! Mel, Olivia, Allie and Vickie made my classes exciting and fun with varied music and helpful hints on proper posture and modifications. I need these things since having spine surgery. Very clean as u can view in the photos. Easily identified from the street, too. If you were to try ILKB this would be the place to start.

Since day one I felt comfortable, like part of a family and motivated to keep coming back again and again. The coaches are not only awesome, they're always there to keep you motivated and make each experience positive, fun and better than the last. I also like the fact that there are so many options (days and times) for classes so you can catch a class no matter what your schedule is, even on weekends. Positive experience: Love the place. Was a bit much for a couch potato like me but wasn't pushed super hard. Nice class size and directions were easy to follow. Seems there are weekly and monthly contests for motivation.
