Fantastic experience: Megan takes training very seriously / she is a great resource to make you fell better and move better. She loves to see her clients grow in movement/ I would recommend milestone fitness to anybody. :)

Fantastic experience: Megan is an exceptional personal trainer. When she conducts a live or virtual Zoom session she demonstrates and monitors each person’s form. She discreetly suggests to each of us how to improve and where we should be feeling the benefits of the particular exercise. I am constantly amazed at what a difference her guidance makes in improving my flexibility and mobility.
