Fantastic experience: Ive been coming here for 3 years now. I have worked with 2 different trainers and have always had a great experience! These are not just some online certified trainers, they are the best around here in my opinion. The gym is a very diverse group, everyone from seniors to college kids. I have a herniated disc and they have helped me a great deal and are very knowledgeable on not just weight training and cardio fitness but also rehab from injuries. I can't say enough good about this business !
