Fantastic experience: Excellent gym! This gym is unique in having lots of Dihedral sets and a full pitch Slab wall on TR. The routes are challenging but fun, grades are not sandbagged.

Fantastic experience: Super fun! Friendly patrons and staff. Bouldering, top rope, lead climbing and even auto-belay. The used shoe bin is worth checking out, too. Occasionally swarmed with kids but if you do the (easy) top rope certification there's plenty of space.

Fantastic experience: Nice gym and the staff was nice. I only bouldered this session but the top ropes looked fun. I just wish it was closer to me. The gym also has members only times in the evenings most days so check their website to be sure.

Fantastic experience: Great routes and fair grades. It’s always a balance for route setters to legit set a standard that everyone is happy with in climbing. However Cirque does an excellent job providing easy, moderate, and challenging climbing on all sections from TR to bouldering with the auto belay stations too. Awesome if you have a partner, plenty enough to enjoy alone. I would definitely recommend shoes, harness and a chalk ball. They have them to rent if your just getting into climbing as well.

Fantastic experience: This place is really nice. Clean, bright, spacious. Even when they’re busy it doesn’t feel cramped. Prices are more than fair. The setters are creative. They craft an enjoyable experience for both beginners (me) and experts. Every employee I’ve interacted with has been pleasant and genuine. By far the best climbing/bouldering gym I’ve visited in the area. I had to purchase a membership because I couldn’t stop coming back.

Fantastic experience: Popped in here on a day pass while visiting from out of town. Super clean facilities and I thought the route setting was engaging and challenging (even the lower graded routes were still creative, vs the "ladder" climbing style some gyms default to). I managed to forget my shoes and chalk bag there, and the staff was kind enough to ship it back to Portland to me free of charge, which was incredibly considerate! Definitely worth stopping by if you're in the area.

Fantastic experience: Amazing climbing gym. TONS of routes, inclines, and awesome vibes. Not too crowded and we climbed on and off again all day for $20.

The bouldering is top tier and really gets you ready to climb outdoors and the sport climbing is great too! Even the fitness area is so nice.

Positive experience: Love this gym! It’s tidy, open, and the staff is really friendly and awesome. The dog friendly atmosphere is great, too. Only down side is they’re no longer holding “Out There Olympia” night for LGBTQ+ climbers. Really bummed that’s been off the calendar for 5-6 months.

There was plenty of space for everyone to get involved and climb at all skill levels. Overall feedback from the team was very positive and it's an event we will definitely do again.

Fantastic experience: I'm nee to indoor rock-climbing and the staff was quite helpful. The price is good for memberships and the gear was comfortable. The location is quite clean so I appreciated that. Would recommend.

Fantastic experience: Our first time back in here after a couple years and it was just as great of an experience. All the staff are friendly and so helpful. It gets busy but still plenty of room. It's really nice that they do day passes so you can leave and come back as you like on the same day.

Fantastic experience: Been going here for a few months and I love it. I learned how to belay for rope climbing recently and the instructor made everything very clear. The staff is great and the routes are updates regularly. Awesome place.

Fantastic experience: Awesome, chill climbing gym. The bouldering area is currently getting a monster upgrade!! There is an excellent amount of top roping and lead climbing for skill all levels! Love climbing 3 to 4 days a week here!!

Fantastic experience: Small local gym, friendly climbing culture, good vibes. Currently they are rebuilding the bouldering area, so ropes are what is available. I am visiting from another state and called ahead of time with all my questions so I knew what to expect. I might have been disappointed if I was expecting a bigger facility or bouldering.

Fantastic experience: Excellent Covid precautions, welcoming environment, helpful staff, lots of fun!! This was our first time climbing and we felt welcomed and safe. We will definitely be back!

Fantastic experience: This is a great family friendly place to have an activity no matter the weather conditions. We got a quarterly family pass which gives you free rentals for 1 month at a great price. We feel safe and the staff are friendly. We have mostly interacted with Sam who is amazing.

Fantastic experience: Always a great experience here. The staff are very patient and helpful and provide as much support as you ask for. Lots of options for all skill levels. We are very new to climbing and we are a family of introverts. Found a new love. The gym is really well cared for and the courses/routes change regularly to keep things interesting for regulars. Will be a regular Summer activity for us.

Fantastic experience: Very clean and welcoming climbing gym! The staff are very friendly and open to answering any questions you may have. Plenty of options for bouldering, top roping, and lead climbing. There are several auto belays in one section of the gym. They are dog friendly, but the pups are never on the climbing mats or areas. There is a small fitness area on the top floor. This is a great location for climbers old and new, and for all skill levels. Their memberships include free equipment rentals for the first month which is awesome for people who are deciding if they want to get their own gear. There is a great variety of routes for all levels, and they reset their walls weekly. Though the gym may seem small, I've never had any issues with space or not being able to climb. My fiance and I have had a much more positive experience here than the other climbing gym in the area.

Fantastic experience: I really enjoy this climbing gym! They have a good selection of different levels with bouldering or whatever kind of climbing you want to do that day. They change their routes fairly often so it’s always something new.

Fantastic experience: Such a nice place! These guys have shoe, harness, and I think also chalk bag rentals, they offer top roping bouldering, even lead climbing I'm pretty sure :) They also have their own gym for working out in a loft space! Definitely considering getting a membership, although even without one it's not that expensive with the student discounts!! Love this place :)

Fantastic experience: An absolute gem of a gym; friendly, laid-back, and a high quality atmosphere! I am so stoked to be climbing at Cirque! The staff is welcoming, knowledgeable, and I immediately felt at home. From my understanding many of the staff work on a volunteer basis, and as a result, the setting is very well thought out and high caliber(excellent for all abilities). The gym is clean and caters equally to families and seasoned climbers. Thank you Cirque Climbing, you are an echelon above the rest!

Fantastic experience: Great place, the walls are increasing in difficulty and even great for beginners. They have cold drinks on hand for purchase. They also have all the gear you would need to climb their walls. Had an amazing time. Also great employees, very helpful.

Fantastic experience: Awesome rainy day (or any day) activity! Front staff was fantastic. I didn't catch her name but she was very thorough and patient with us noobs. My 6 year old LOVED it! I literally had to drag her away for lunch. We will definitely be back, next time we'll bring snacks, although they do sell some food items. #GirlPower!

Fantastic experience: This is an awesome climbing gym, they have a very nice sized bouldering section, and plenty of room to climb with ropes, and have automatic belaying options as well if you want to rope climb but don’t have someone to belay you. Staff is very friendly and helpful and the membership prices are great, highly recommend checking this place out if you’re looking to try climbing or are an experienced climber looking for a local gym to try!

Fantastic experience: Great Gym, with plenty of bouldering, TR, lead, and even an auto belay. The walls are custom made. You can feel the energy and care that went into building them when you climb. I liked that.

Fantastic experience: Cirque is such a fun place! It has a bunch of options for every skill range. On student nights, you'll see people of every age from kids on up, since it's half price for any student.I Everyone is welcome. Besides climbing while on belay, you can also try out the bouldering section which has a huge variety of difficulty and is so fun. All of the staff are super helpful and patient and are great at answering questions. We can't wait to come back and bring our kids!

Fantastic experience: Awesome gym! We are on a climbing trip from Ottawa, Canada and they were super friendly. Let us bring our dog in, staff had lots of info on local outdoor climbing, very nice and clean shower (very nice for us dirt bags). We bouldered and top roped. The problems were really fun and the atmosphere was great. Love this gym!

Fantastic experience: Wow! Best climbing gym I've ever been to. Even when it's super busy it doesn't feel crowded. Great mix of different rated climbs for all skill levels. Very safety oriented, staff is top notch! Love the people who climb here, it's truly a wonderful community. Lots of support for women climbers and kids!

Fantastic experience: The largest rock wall in the area. They change the routes often enough that I don't get board but not so often that I can't return to a challenging route next week. The staff are very friendly and GREAT with kids!

Fantastic experience: My wife and I just moved here and had never been to a climbing gym before so we decided to check it out! We were so glad that we did!! We liked that you could rent harnesses and even shoes. We went on student night and paid $27 for the both of us including harnesses which I thought was very fairly priced. The gym was a great temperature, very clean, and had cold water to drink. They played great music and the environment was really chill. I think the only downside would be to get a 30-min class on belaying if they are busy. If you don’t need that, then definitely check this place out!! We’ll be back for sure

Fantastic experience: Great atmosphere, 45ft wall for sport climbing, both top rope and lead with a good mix of routes from 5.6 to 5.13 and new routes are put up frequently. The bouldering is decent enough and new routes are put up every couple weeks or so to keep things interesting. Cost to climb one day is fairly high but membership isn't bad.

Fantastic experience: This is a great mid sized gym with above average route setting. Well designed, affordable, laid back employees, family and dog friendly as well as climber run. I'm really happy to have a gym of this quality near by.

Fantastic experience: One of the best gyms around! Great boulder, top rope and lead climbing. A section of the wall is for dedicated lead, which is really nice. All of the holds at this gym are relatively new and there is a really nice variety of them. Of all the Washington gyms this is my favorite for top rope and lead climbing because it is not that busy most of the time and the atmosphere is nice. Definitely worth checking out.

Fantastic experience: Great place, friendly staff and clean environment. People tended to be respectful and not too loud. Ensuring to stay a respectable distance from your lane. Shoe and harnesses were available for rent and instruction was provided upon request. Lots of walls with many difficulties.

Fantastic experience: Very nice and we'll organized climbing gym with a good mix of routes for top rope and bouldering. The staff is super friendly and helpful as well. If I had one wish though, it would be for the gym to open early in the AM at least once or twice a week. It would be awesome to get a climb in before work some days.

Fantastic experience: My family has been climbing here since it opened around the beginning of 2017. The facility is nice and the staff have been consistently excellent. What has impressed me most about the gym however is the consistent focus on making climbing accessible to new climbers. Part of this is route setting, with routes that are easy but still interesting alongside more challenging routes, but you can see the same approach in a lot of the details such as having gri-gris on all of the top rope lines (which make belaying easier), routes designated by the color of the holds rather than tape, routes given ample spacing, and clear signage. As someone who has been climbing for a while (about a decade with some breaks) I like this gym, but I also feel confident in recommending it to people who haven't climbed before.

Fantastic experience: Really spacious climbing facility with super friendly staff! Their music playlists are & perfect for all age groups. Overall a great environment to get some indoor climbing in, with great route's!

Fantastic experience: The staff are amazing, and the new facility is absolutely stunning. You won't find better indoor climbing anywhere else in the south sound. The sport climbing walls are very tall, and the bouldering surfaces are diverse and well spread out.

Fantastic experience: I like this place better than any place around base by far. I used to climb EdgeWorks every Tuesday and Thursday night. Prices got too high and the gym got too crowded. At EW, the owner stopped giving discounts, and the staff the made the place great, all quit. Cirque has genuinely friendly staff. The floor plan is huge. The ceiling are at least 40 ft. This gives a lot of room for bouldering and mega gym sport routes. There is a lifting area. The price is cheaper than the other places.

Fantastic experience: Super fun and an amazing workout. 6+ for the boulder climb, 13+ for the standard partner climb, and 14+ for the weights. Any age for the auto belay. It's awesome to climb over the rock wall and then walk back down the stairs! Make sure you clip your finger nails so they won't scratch on the rocks though.
