Iron Heaven Gym Stonegate

Fantastic experience: After about a year of lifting I decided to make the upgrade to a more "serious" gym, and I'm glad I did! Great equipment, dumbells up to 200 lbs, no judgment (unlike the type you receive in proclaimed "no judgment" gyms), and friendly staff. Music is actually decent too if you forget your headphones.

Fantastic experience: This gym has everything you would need equipment wise. Management does a great job with keeping equipment operational. No contracts, month-to-month payments. For a little more than $1.40/ day, I get access to a clean 24hr/365 facility, exclusive equipment, occasional informational seminars, and a motivating environment. On top of getting a lot of bang for my buck, I get even more value at no additional cost from the owner's informational content posted on social media. Iron Heaven is truly a great gym and I am a proud member!

They are always looking for ways to benefit their members! It is super convenient with the 24/7 access and the team is ultra responsive to their members. High class organization!

Positive experience: Bar code scanner is a little annoying to get in but otherwise it's the best no frills old school iron gym in town. If your goal is to get in and do the work and get out this place blows Bob's out of the water.

Fantastic experience: I was extremely nervous about going to gym with a reputation of spitting out amazing results. I'm 119lbs and am clearly not an expert. I was getting really bad anxiety even thinking about going in and being made fun of like other gyms (PF). But when I tell you it was the exact opposite! For the most part people just mind their own business. No one is there to show off or judge anyone. If you don't know what you're doing ask anyone and they'll gladly take a moment to show you. Hell I was even introduced to several other people who would gladly help me out if I needed it. If you are looking for a gym that has no judgements no stupid rules about drinking out of water jugs or having your gym bag with you this is your gym! This gym is far from lacking in equipment and knowledgeable staff. Love this place!!!

Fantastic experience: If you are looking for a strongman/bodybuilding focused gym at a fair price, this is the place for you! They have everything you'll need from squat racks to bands. The management is top notch and will take all inquiries seriously! If there is equipment that you would like to see, just ask! This isn't a globo-gym.. it's family owned and operated so you will be supporting a local business! Lastly, there is no scammy marketing. Nobody is going to try and pressure you into packages or to buy their products. In summary, if you're trying to find a no BS gym to reach your goals, this is definitely the place for you.

Fantastic experience: Hands down one of the best gyms in Nebraska if not the best. Staff, facility, equipment, ownership, hours, pricing, and business/operations model are all top notch. Extremely friendly place where all people are welcome as long as you want to better yourself and support others reach goals. I can't recommend this gym enough.

Fantastic experience: Love lifting here! By far my favorite gym. The sign up process was quick and easy, staff and gym goers are friendly and welcoming. With it being open 24 hours, the times my husband and I like to go are late in the day and early a.m. and it's rarely busy at those times. Even when we have gone during the busy hours, we were able to complete our workout with every machine we use being available. There is a lot of space and machines. We have lifted at quite a few gyms, and this one by far is the best.

Fantastic experience: This is the first time that I went to a gym that have free weights but everybody always says all they have bad attitudes and it's dirty I don't really think this place is dirty I thought it was pretty cool there was some big people nobody bothered me I mean I wouldn't care if they did anyway but I still think it had a great attitude and clean environment and maybe on under Renovations but I had a good time and I've really enjoyed it and I want to thank you iron Heaven gym

Fantastic experience: This gym's atmosphere, equipment and staff are all top notch! Very welcoming to all experience levels and progressively accomodating to anyone's fitness goals. They have all the basics tools you could ever want and quite a few pieces of equipment you won't find in 95%of other gyms around here. The gym is clean every day and everyone I've met there, including the staff, have been friendly and respecful. I've been a member of several and visited almost every major gym in the area. I'm incredibly happy I found this gym!

Always welcoming requests and suggestions on equipment and the owners always deliver! The owners had a different thought in mind when building these gyms- Iron Heaven is a place to help any individual meet any fitness goal they have in mind! Whether that’s bodybuilding, powerlifting, crossfit, sneaking cardio in over lunch, or just starting your fitness journey, the owners and staff are here to help! You need to check this place out!

Fantastic experience: Best gym I've ever belonged to!! Awesome staff, equipment and facilities. Probably the only gym that actually brings in new equipment on a regular basis. Equipment is clean and weights are organized. It doesn't matter if you are a bodybuilder, powerlifter, or just someone looking to stay in shape Iron Heaven has what you need! Love the no contract membership that gives you access to both locations! Can't wait for the big remodel and expansion to get done at the Stonegate location!!

Fantastic experience: Fantastic amount of variety in terms of both machines and free weights.A very clean and well kept environment with access to showers, water fountains, and a cardio studio on site. Added benefit of having the rexius nutrition warehouse on site makes buying supplements much easier and more convenient. Friendly staff and clientele is sure to make you feel at home while working out. Extremely excited for the expansion of the North gym.

Fantastic experience: I absolutely love this gym. I have been a member for roughly a year and have never found something to complain about. The equipment found at Iron Heaven is always kept clean and hard to come by anywhere else in Omaha. With 24/7 access to the gym EVEN HOLIDAYS, there is never anything that can stand in your way of staying on top of your routine. To top it all off- the owners, staff, and members are always so friendly and inviting. I had had multiple gym memberships and no other gym compares (or even comes close) to the respectful community at Iron Heaven.

Fantastic experience: Joined this gym a week ago and my sister and i have hit a new plateau and feel like we are training again on a serious level for the first time in a long time. You shoukd have a clue on what your doing before joining this gym as its hardcore, but also pretty friendly once they warm up to you.

Fantastic experience: The sheer amount of variety is impressive. I have shoulder issues and they have machines/bars that I can use to work around it. Since they do have a member cap, there aren't typically more than 5 - 8 people in the gym with you so you never get in each others way
