Fantastic experience: I signed up two months ago for the super basic membership at the annual price (less than 2 hundo for a year). I paid cash because I read a few reviews about canceling being a hassle. I have always been able to access the equipment that I want without waiting. Usually, I go in the afternoon but the handful of times I've gone in later in the evening it has been the same. I don't really go full Hulk mode; but, I do not feel ashamed to strain and/or audibly exert effort like I did at the purple gym it the lunk alarm. The other gym members seem cool enough. I haven't talked with anybody despite the "social weight" being part of the reason I sought out a gym membership. The staff are pleasant. With the time of day that I go, I mainly see DJ (my understanding is that she's the manager), Francine, and ..... I think her name has an 'SH' sound in it?? I've only heard her name the one time like two months ago soooo ... She is on the floor cleaning equipment with a frequency that seems greater than anyone else and if she is at the counter, she makes an effort to greet/acknowledge me. With her knack for establishing connections, Francine is probably capable of pulling a 5 star review all on her own--she seems to know everyone who comes in and actively engages in conversations with members. It was fun watching DJ learn my name as I established a routine. She also frequently checks in to see how I am liking the gym. The funniest thing about this place is the survey they send over email. I filled one out and at the end it asked, "You said [not the top option]. Why didn't you say [the top option]?" I practically never say anything is perfect; but, that isn't constructive, so I cited a leaky/drippy spray bottle as the reason. Within a week or so, that bottle was replaced. Overall, definitely glad I signed up. If you're shopoing around and the location works for you, I would recommend.

Fantastic experience: The atmosphere here is great, very friendly and welcome. Lots of classes to jump into, and the machines are clean and well maintained. The staff are always willing to help and have a quick chat. This is my favorite place to work out!

Fantastic experience: "No Judgement" is written all over the gym- on the walls, on the machines. And it really shows through the workers, and the wonderful people working out around you. I got a membership here for Zumba, and our instructor Alisha did NOT disappoint! She was so up-beat and fun, and chatting with everyone after class was so refreshing. It feels like such an encouraging environment there, and the hydro-massage beds alone really make the higher plans worth it. I'm excited to see what new classes this gym will offer to improve their fitness experience!

Fantastic experience: Plenty of machines for functional fitness (pull up bars, plyo boxes, monkey bars, etc.) along with the traditional ones. I didn't know rope climbing machines existed until my visit here. I'll be looking for other gyms like this one when I get back home. Highly recommend it

Fantastic experience: I have been favorably impressed with the Deerfield Crunch. The equipment is maintained in good shape. The locker room is always clean and tidy. The early AM staff (Nicole) does a awesome job keeping the gym and all equipment clean which is a huge job. She always makes it a point to learn everyones name to greet us when we get there and when we leave. I have not taken any of the classes but they seem to have plenty to choose from. The other guests all seem friendly. All in all a great place to work out.

Fantastic experience: Just moved from Tampa to Omaha, and from "CRUNCH"ing out there, I'm happy there's one here! Great staff! Facility is ALWAYS clean! And no issues getting to the equipment I need!!

Fantastic experience: Positive: Quality Just an overall great experience! Clean gym & well maintained equipment. Phenomenal, very personable & attentive staff (especially the 5 a.m. staff). Fantastic gym for a great price. I only wish there were more squat racks. Check it out you won’t regret it, it’s been a good switch so far for me.

Fantastic experience: Great gym. Equipment is in good shape and I have seen the staff cleaning as well as most guests. Massage chair and tanning beds are also great. Locker room Is very nice. Staff is friendly. My only complaint is I think it would be nice to see staff walk around a little more and say hey to guests or maybe offer to show them a new piece of equipment to get people more comfortable with new exercises.

Fantastic experience: Staff is always friendly as I come-and-go. Downgrading my membership was a breeze when I found I wasn't using the premium portions of my membership. The place is well kept-up and improvements are always being made. Much better experience than a previous gym I went to.

Fantastic experience: In town for business and tried Crunch out for the first time. The place is clean, organized, well staffed, happy and pleasant staff, full functioning weight training and cardio equipment. Everything was 100%. No reason to try anywhere else. The guy at the front desk is always around if you have any questions. Love this place!

Fantastic experience: Been working out at this gym for the last 3 years and I love it. I drive 20minutes to get here from my house and it’s worth every trip, the equipment is almost always open and there’s hardly ever a large crowd in the workout area. The staff are awesome, gym is clean, and it’s all around a great facility.

Fantastic experience: Way better than what 24 Hour Fitness before they were bought out by Genesis. Compared to all the gyms I've been at (Golds Gym, 24 Hour Fitness, Planet Fitness) Crunch is absolutely at the top of my gym list. Very very clean and friendly environment. Not intimidating at all. Prices are very affordable and worth every dollar spent working out here. Now that it's been under new management the business is booming and the clients are happier. $10 a month is definitely a great deal compared to when I was paying almost $32 a month at 24 Hour Fitness which by the way had outdated equipment. The air was dingy and the dust was piling on over there and they almost always had issues with that swimming pool. Crunch is dope and already got 3 people signed up.

Fantastic experience: Love this place!!! My husband and I are in so frequently together we have a gym couple twin - we now laugh and talk to them each time we see them. The staff are GREAT!! Even the GM, Reggie takes an active interest in the members and their progress.

Fantastic experience: Great gym! I love the set-up. There's a huge space to do your own cardio workouts / stretching. Tons of machines and free weights - I very rarely have to wait to use something. Plus super clean showers!

Fantastic experience: Friendly staff who help you learn different workout routines to maximize your benefits. This gym is clean and plays decent music, with gorgeous locker rooms too. They have cool features like tanning beds that actually give you a tan or a water massage bed.

Fantastic experience: Gym is kept clean and the equipment works mostly except for the occasional treadmill. The classes are a lot of fun if you're looking to get in better shape. The price is reasonable starting out at $10 plus change a month. The only inconvenient part is that there is only one location in Omaha.

Fantastic experience: Great size, good selection of different equipment, very clean, friendly staff. TRX bands in a large separate training room, boxing bags, pullup bars, looks like a ninja warrior training, tons of dumbbells and cardio equipment, cables, benches, machines. Nothing else you really need, else you're too picky and should workout at home.

Fantastic experience: I joined a little over 2 months ago. I love love love the personal training and especially my trainer. (Mo) I am not young nor am I in shape and my trainer has been amazing and it makes me want to go. The overall atmosphere is great and I have never once felt uncomfortable working out next to a person that is very much in shape. All the staff is very friendly and makes me feel welcome.
