Fantastic experience: I went at 5p on a Wednesday and it was great. Not over crowded, plenty of equipment despite every other machine being closed out per C-19 regs. Friendly staff and the other clients were conscientious. I'm travelling so I just did an $8 day pass; would go again if I were in the area and needed a workout.

Fantastic experience: I called, Was told they'd be going back to 24/7 service. I was told it would be a couple weeks. I give it a month. I call back. get told it was going to be October 23rd. I come to workout on the 25th. Can't get in STILL. I've only used this membership once since y'all shutdown. The help desk operator even said that your system isn't updated. This needs to be fixed. That OR the money I've wasted for a service I'm not getting. Will fix rating when this issue is corrected.

Fantastic experience: Great gym to join! You sign up and get your pass you can come anytime of the day or night you want to workout. It's a very nice and clean place to join. There is no swimming pool or sauna but they have everything else you need to get into shape.

Fantastic experience: I’m active duty, and I come to this location all the time when I’m on leave. The staff is extremely courteous and professional. The gym is always clean and well maintained. The bathroom is always clean. It’s a fairly small gym, just like any other Anytime Fitness. It definitely has all the essentials though, all the main machines, treadmills, bikes, squat rack, flat bench, incline bench, etc. The max dumbbells are 85lbs. This location is never crowded. I’ve even been during peak hours, which is that post work push (1600hrs-1800hrs)if your intimidated by the gym I would recommend trying this location. The usual crowd when I attend seems to be maybe between the ages of 35 and 60 years of ages. If you’re in the Smyrna or Nashville area,I would undoubtedly recommend working out at this location.

Fantastic experience: As a first time gym user, I couldn't ask for a better experience at a gym. There's no judgement; it's a safe environment if you're feeling a little hesitant or paranoid about people staring at you. The facilities are clean and the staff is friendly. The equipment is kept in good working order. It's close to my neighborhood, which is partly why I chose it.

I don't ever feel judged , no one there cares about how big or anything we are all there to do the same thing which is work out and get healthy!!!! And they are open 24 hrs so when ur there at 2 am it's safe since not anyone can come in..Would recommend this to anyone

Fantastic experience: I love this gym! I love that I can go to any Workout Anytime to get my workout in. I love that The people at this location are so friendly. There is plenty of equipment. Usually no wait on for the weights. If there is someone on the particular weight or machine that you want, there are 2 other machines that do the same muscle group. Seriously I recommend Workout Anytime to everyone I know that is looking for a gym.
