Fantastic experience: Love this place. I use to go to LA Fitness and do my regular workout on elliptical or treadmill and was getting no where. Wendy the instructor is awesome! Her cuircuit class will kick your butt and you will definetely go home knowing you had a great workout. I usually wear my fitbit during class and I burn 550-650 calories in an hour class. Her class never gets boring and is ALWAYS a challange. I honestly recommend her class if you want to get a full body workout.
