Fantastic experience: I can't say enough about the amazing all around experience!!! Rebecca the owner is very kind and helpful! Everyone gives you that welcoming feeling, and roots you on in such an inspiring way like for instance during your run as you pass each other one would say "great job" and you feel its genuine because everyone is in pain, but doing it! ️‍♀️️‍♂️ I ❤ this place!!!

Fantastic experience: I tried my first ever CrossFit Workout at LA Mesa CrossFit. I felt immediately welcomed and loved the workout! I would and will definitely recommend this CrossFit gym to my friends and family.
