Fantastic experience: There are so many things to love about Othentik Gym, but here are my top 3: Positive atmosphere- the mentors are so encouraging, I always feel welcomed and that they are glad I'm there, as well as the other patrons. Variety of classes- There are classes for adults, teens, and kids as young as age 3. I started out with Pilates, Yoga, and circuit classes, but now I'm loving the boxing, self defense, and weapons classes too! Knowledgeable and experienced staff- they are great at helping patrons modify to fit their individual fitness levels, no judgement. They demonstrate and explain well and work out with us. I feel like I can trust their expertise and appreciate their patience and good humor. I've tried a variety of gyms over the years and this one by far has had the most impact on me, increased my motivation, and enabled me to meet my fitness and weight loss goals. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: A wonderful family gym. They offer a variety of fitness classes, martial arts, women's self defense and have something for every age, including kids, moms and dads. Yoga, Pilates, Sculpt &Tone plus more. Run by Kaimi Kuoha who is a champion record holder and 7th degree black belt...but you would never know it. She is pint sized and the sweetest person. The vibe of the gym stresses individual attention, encouragement, support and positive body attitude.

Fantastic experience: What a great gym!! Super friendly instructors, great variety of classes, and a workout worth raving about. We (Our three kids) take boxing, yoga, shift fit, combat, burn 500, fight fit, self defense, weapons, ground drills, and capoeira.

Fantastic experience: Family. I think that’s the one word that sums up the atmosphere of this gym. The openness of the people, the positive feel of the classes, and the support that permeates throughout the experience of attending this gym. It’s great for adults and children alike with age appropriate classes for each and is wonderful regardless of your fitness level. My family loves this gym.
