Fantastic experience: I started training at Live Fit with Brandon 2 months ago. My goals were to gain energy, get back in shape, and to get a bit stronger. I work at a desk all day, and all the sitting had taken a toll on my fitness. First of all, it is working! After 2 months, I have lost 7% body fat and my waist is down 2 inches, and my energy level is through the roof. Brandon knows what he is doing. He's creative with the exercises, keeps things fresh and different, and is great at motivating. This is the first time that I have enjoyed exercising in a LONG time. And the facility is great too. It's small, but it has everything, and they are constantly adding new machines and contraptions. I have done exercises that I didn't know existed and they have worked great. Definitely recommend!

Fantastic experience: I've been a member for 18 months. With the instruction and workout routines I've gained 7bs of muscle. They offer monthly check-ins to monitor your goals, as well as offer diet plans. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: I have been doing personal training with Brandon for over 2 years. This place is the best! All the trainers are friendly and encouraging. Brandon pushes me to my very best each session, in ways I am unable to achieve by working out alone. My workouts are super efficient and effective. Brandon does a mix of free weights, body weight, and machines. The coaches are extremely accessible. I would highly recommend this place. There are also specials for first time goers. Check it out! You won't regret it.

They provide well thought out classes and personal training sessions and they always push each client to reach their potential. I have personally witnessed life changing results.
