Fantastic experience: Absolutely love love love La Habra Crossfit & the Live Fit Wellness Center, all of the coaches care about their clients and makes sure everyone meets their individual goals. Jimmy, Brandon, Chase, Jason & Kyle are all amazing coaches and want nothing but the best for their members. All fitness levels are welcome

Fantastic experience: I go to this gym because of Coach Adam. If Adam didn't coach here then I would not go to this gym. Adam is a great coach and I appreciate him and all he does to help me stay in shape and stay healthy. Adam has been my coach for 18 months. I am a faithful 6am crossfitter. Adam, Chase and Nick are the only Coach/Trainers that I have had class with, well not Chase, but I see and hear him every morning. I believe this gym is successful because of these 3 excellent, caring, hard working and all around great young men. Thank you Adam You are the best coach ever

Fantastic experience: I’ve been coming here for about 6 months and I absolutely LOVE it!!! Each of the trainers are extremely friendly and genuinely care not only about the results from working out but your health. They continuously strive to make each of their clients better alhletes and have even challenged/ motivated me personally even after hours! They have also spent countless hours spending one on one time with me along with other members! They will always put you first no matter the circumstances! Each of the trainers are knowledgeable in health and fitness and will always share their knowledge! I wouldn’t go anywhere else! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Fantastic experience: I was a little bit skeptical when I first heard that the workouts here were only 30 minutes. I was in town visiting family and I was used to 60 minute workouts at my local box. What I found after a couple of workouts here with Brandon is that we just waste a lot of time in our 60-minute workouts at my local box. He fits more of a workout into 30 minutes than I am used to getting in an hour. I was exhausted after the 30 minute workout (in the best possible way) and I wish that I lived closer to La Habra because if I did, I would be a local here. Everyone felt like a family and I had a blast. Look forward to visiting again next year when I’m back in California.
