Fantastic experience: Rock and Ride provides an awesome opportunity to ride, train and socialize with friends.

Fantastic experience: I’m fairly new to “real” biking - actually cycling instead of just fooling around on a family bike ride. Rock and Ride has been so helpful in teaching me how to be a better biker. It’s awesome to have a coach like Leo notice and help you adjust your form - it’s saved me literal pain (back, shoulders) and made me a stronger rider. I’m excited to see how much I can improve with these classes!

Fantastic experience: I am a 57 year old "beginner" biker and I have received so much encouragement from Leo and my fellow riders/friends. I love that each person rides at their own fitness level and yet I can push myself also. The guidance from the others is so welcoming as I learn new things! I have made new friends that I am hoping to be riding with thru the winter months ! Leo and Kim...you guys ROCK !

Leo and Kim are very knowledgeable and they make it extremely easy to ride there. Not only can you store your bike, but it's ready for you when you walk in.
