Crunch Fitness - Kissimmee

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Crunch since February 2022. I was invited by a friend, and although I still had my reservations about COVID being out there, I was very relieved by what I saw. There are lots of hand sanitizers, paper towels and disinfectant available, and most people keep a good distance when possible and most of them wipe down their machines. Staff is friendly. There are lots of classes. They offer a free assessment and training session to see if you would be interested in a personal trainer. I did this and got Brayan. He has been great, he’s very patient and explains everything. He trains, teaches and motivates me to work hard. Now, full disclosure, there are certain hours where the place is really busy, so I don’t go then. I enjoy EARLY morning workouts, so usually I have no problem getting a machine or free weights. The gym is clean, the people are nice and I feel like the monthly cost is reasonable. I LOVE the hydro massage and I am starting to get into the yoga classes. I don’t do Zumba, but it is popular. And oh! They have a pool, sauna and jacuzzi! The locker room is clean and nice. I haven’t attended the pool workout session yet, but I will! My son comes as a guest and loves it! It’s close to my house, so I’m happy going there. They say no judgment, and I believe that, because members are very diverse, and in all levels of fitness and no one cares (or stares!) So far I have lost 15 lbs by going to the gym and watching what I eat. Whoop!

Fantastic experience: This gym is very well equipped you can lift weights, cardio, group fitness, swim, enjoy a hydro massage after work out and the have a tanning room too! The team is great If you are like me and get intimidated with the gym or don’t know how to use the machines I highly recommend sing up for a group class and a kick off with a personal trainer. If you like Zumba come on Thursday night the class with Anita is the best!! All the Zumba instructor s are full of energy come dance with David, Liliana or Carol and you will be out feeling great!!! Become a member and bring a friend, the community is great they are friendly and they will encourage you to start a healthy journey and reach your goals!

Fantastic experience: As a crunch member but out of towner these reviews had me somewhat scared to enter lol! But once I saw the huge building I was intrigued to go in and atleast check it out while clutching my pearls I’m insanely impressed! First of all you can easily get lost here for hours if you need time to kill like i did! The workout room upstairs was so much larger than I’m used to, they have stairs and a nice elevator in case the stairs are an issue it’s very accommodating for handicap people. The HIIT zone has a ton of space and the stretch area was about the same size so again a ton of space. The steam room was so relaxing it is co Ed for those used to separate saunas i loved the steam room. The pool is very big Ams the jacuzzi looks big too. I liked the private exit back to the locker room to get to the pool. I was shocked to see a kids area here those seem less common these days and it was spacious as well. Loved seeing a barber in there that was unexpected lol the lounge area has many table and chairs if you need to do some work. The hydromassage beds again shocked by this, you get your own private rooms! Basically this crunch was great to Visit but definitely leaves me wanting to ask my crunch back home what gives! We have nothing close to this place! Also, very clean!! The boys water in the shower could’ve been hotter but that’s a personal preference it was still a very nice shower! Of course every place has maintenance that needs to be tended to such as a broken bathroom stall but this staff appeared to be friendly and go getter attitude I’m sure it will be fixed! I was happy to not be hounded by anyone and I really want to try the warm fluffy towel option next time I come back! Loves this place!! Wish I didn’t live 2 hours away!

Fantastic experience: Been here about a month and I have to say it's the best gym I've ever signed up for. People are friendly, app is current, kid care staff are nice, it's clean, and is reasonably priced.

Fantastic experience: It’s a great gym They should fix a lot of the stuff that’s broken I know that’s a slow process but other than that I love the atmosphere young crowd and everyone looks good n it’s fit. That’s the goal for me as well to look good n to look fit so it’s a lot of motivation when I get there Yes it’s packed but it’s doable and I still get a great workout in I switch it up I go in the morning and sometimes I go at night They both work for me just fine. Crunch just keep up the maintenance up and the great service

Fantastic experience: Great place to go and have your workout at. Employees are friendly and helpful, most of the time it's clean, they have vendors all the time to give small business owners a chance to exhibit what they sale and the kids club is pretty cool plus their staff is amazing!

Fantastic experience: As a service dog handler of over 20 years, I have encountered my fair share of access denials or angry looks from businesses. So, naturally, I always have a certain guard up when entering a new establishment. Pyewacket and I were not only welcomed, but we were greeted by so many employees who smiled and enjoyed his presence. What a nice change of pace! Thank you to all the wonderful staff, (Mari, Stacey, Jason, etc.). Pye and I look forward to working out and getting healthier.

Fantastic experience: Friendly staff and great equipment, would only say to have more since the wait times are pretty long, but just like every gym! Vivi is amazing! best staff

Positive experience: I honestly think this gym is pretty amazing, but coming from Planet Fitness makes my bar way lower than someone coming from LA Fitness I guess. If you’re an insecure person I can see you being a little intimidated coming to Crunch, more than half of the men are ripped and the ladies, well let’s just say it’s very easy to get distracted from your workout if you allow it. All the equipment is in pretty good shape, they offer classes that you can schedule through the app which I found very convenient, and they have a large pool that you can do a couple of laps in if that’s your thing, it’s always been empty every time I’ve looked. Now I’ll be very honest about my 3 star rating, it’s not a reflection of the quality at Crunch, if you’re serious about your fitness journey, especially if you require guidance, they pretty much have it all. I’m not a gym buff, it’s more about maintaining strength and overall wellness for me, so the environment is a little over the top for my taste. I’m a casual three times a week kind of person, I have no dreams of deadlifting every plate in the building, but if that’s up your alley, I would definitely recommend Crunch.

Fantastic experience: Crunch Kissimmee is an amazing gym not only is it two floors but the staff is amazing!!! Everyone is always so polite and welcoming. I go to the gym almost everyday and there has yet to be a time where I don’t see someone cleaning or asking if I need help. The classes are all phenomenal and the personal trainers all have have the Knowledge to get your goals accomplished! I want to personally shout out Tito Feliciano, not only was he extremely professional when I was being a brat! But he also went as far to work with my crazy schedule and help in any way he could to make sure I could accomplish my goals. Thank you so much Tito your team is super lucky to have you and I 100% recommend everyone to got to crunch Kissimmee for all your fitness needs!!!!!

Fantastic experience: The Energy in this Gym is truly like no other! I've been to many across the nation & this one just takes your Workout to Another level! The overnight employees Chris & Edwin are Absolutely Awesome! Both are very personable, courteous & kind! Enjoying that Energy as soon as you walk in, gets your workout off to an Amazing start! I also wanna give a Huge Shout Out to the other Amazing Employees: Julian, Edwin, Astrid, Fernando, Yari, Nicole, Wildalice, Sergio & Vanessa! Their Vibe is Always Awesome & This Definitely helps to make This location a place of Pure Fire! Going to the gym is no longer work Thanks to all the elements this place provides, it's Pure Performance!

Fantastic experience: This isn’t even my home gym. I don’t have access to this gym, but the phone call I just had with a VERY helpful very professional Woman this morning at 7:30, has been the absolute best customer service I have ever encountered! I had a billing problem from a DIFFERENT LOCATION, was able to get a full explanation, a full empathy filled statement & a huge weight taken off my shoulders just from that conversation. THANK YOU

Fantastic experience: I had an issue with my account, transferring my home location to this gym. I discussed this issue a few times with employees and they weren’t being very helpful or giving me any options on how to fix my account. Finally AGM, Fernando was able to quickly give my current home location a call and help fix the issue on my account. He was very attentive and helpful with this, thank you for the great customer service!

Fantastic experience: Love this place so far. Been coming here since December 2020. There is only one I think they should change, that is adding more legs machine. That’s because when it gets crowded, it’s hard to keep it up. And glutes as well. And there are a few machines they should get ride of. But other than that, love it here, this is my second home when I’m not at home. I also love the fact that everyone knows each other.

Fantastic experience: Omg!!!! I cant say enough about this gym besides being an absolutely beautiful location, I have had nothing but amazing experiences with the staff here from nutrition knowledge, fitness, to athlete recovery. The amenities offered here and the constant partnering with local businesses makes this gym feel like a 2nd home. Lastly, I would to give a shout out to the GM (Sergio) who personally helped me renew memebership and walked me through the process with patience and a smile - it is in those little moments of connection that really sets this place apart!!!! Fantastic experience: It’s a gym like any other - come in for whatever your purpose is, stay for as long as you please and carry on with your day. No duh like any place it’ll get busy during certain hours, good thing is this one is 24 hours on weekdays so that helps. Trained with two different trainers here and talked to a lot more of them, they are all really cool people! Overall solid gym with everything you can ask for.

Fantastic experience: I have been a member of Crunch Fitness since it opened up September 2020 and I tried out a Zumba class about a month ago just to see how it is. I was truly amazed on this class as it helped me out with my cardio. The class instructor Nyliana is AMAZING!!!! She gets you going and motivated to the Max!!! I strongly recommend going to Zumba class and sign up with Nyliana!!!!

Fantastic experience: So I just moved to the area from California and I was going to Crunch there and I loved it. So, I was surprised how large this location was, all the equipment looks new and well kept. They only enforce the mask rule on the first floor so if that makes you squeamish probably not the place for you. That being said, I kept my mask on at all times while working out simply because that’s what I’m accustomed too and stepped away from people to sip water. I felt completely safe as I saw staff regularly sanitizing equipment. So they get top marks from me, keep it up.

Fantastic experience: Positive: Quality Josie P. is the instructor for build HIIT & she is amazing! You will definitely get a great workout in going to any of her classes! She is very attentive & motivating! Go Josie..you rock!

Fantastic experience: I used to workout at planet fitness and i absolutely hated it and the environment/energy. I recently signed up for Crunch and started personal training with Scarlet and she is absolutely amazing. We instantly bonded and I thoroughly enjoy going to my PT days.

Fantastic experience: Today I started my personal training fitness class with Lovensky and it was the challenge I was looking for. Also, the staff was extremely courteous, polite & helpful. Everyone was very knowledgeable about the fitness tenure. Can’t wait to attend my next session this Thursday! A+

Fantastic experience: Doing Spin with Elinor P is the #1 reason I come to this gym. The class is challenging and engaging, by far the best spin experience I have ever encounter. She is a great instructor and motivator. 10/10 recommended this gym and especially her spin classes.

Fantastic experience: Positive: Communication , Professionalism , Quality I love this gym, great and friendly staff. After my car accident Fernando was extremely helpful in resolving an issue with my account, I appreciate how knowledgeable and courteous the staff is.

Fantastic experience: This is the best gym I’ve ever been two, the facility and staff are top notch. It’s clean, and orderly. Scarlet Z is the BEST trainer, she’s patient and challenges me. I have seen gains in my functional strength and endurance. Other gyms I’ve signed up for I never felt like a member, just some dollar signs but at this Crunch I feel valued. My membership allows me to bring a guest. There’s a sauna and a pool, which are great amenities. I haven’t taken advantage of any group fitness classes myself, but I’ve heard that they’re great so hopefully I can make some time for it soon.

Fantastic experience: I been training here at crunch since February of 2021 and it has changed my life for the better. I work with Brayan the Personal Trainer at Crunch and it has been the most amazing experience ever. He is the best trainer I’ve ever had and I come here everyday and give 110%. All the trainers are friendly and fun to be around with. Everytime I come here to this location I get motivated all the time to do better and be better. I’ve been putting the time in and I’m seeing the fruits of my labor. Absolutely enjoying it here.

Fantastic experience: My absolute favorite place to be. They have the BEST and most variety of fitness classes. Whatever your preference is guaranteed that they have a class for it! If you enjoy dancing and want to incorporate fitness come check out Nyliana in Zumba. She is spectacular!! Always motivating and amazing at what she does.

Fantastic experience: The gym/staff itself: Awesome! The staff always helps when it comes to questions (I was having some trouble with the towel service and the guys up front were super helpful), and the gym itself has amazing equipment (and music for those who are forgetful when it comes to headphones). The people in the gym: A lot of people working out seem to be unaware that we’re still in a pandemic. Most people are social distancing but I won’t lie when I say that I’ve had to move many times because someone parked on the treadmill right next to me and started coughing. TL;DR: great gym! Be wary of COVID-19 and just do your own thing.

Fantastic experience: Positive: Quality Gym is huge. Busy but plenty of room for everyone. Absolutely love that masks are NOT required. You can wear them if you like but majority that don't have the freedom to work out without them. Great prices too. I would recommend and dont have complaints.

Fantastic experience: This gym is incredible and the fact you can bring a person for free should have you sold! Yes the gym may have a lot of people depending on the time of day you go however everyone there is nice and willing to share if you ask. One thing I love about this gym is since I take my workout very seriously, so does everyone else. You will not have people taking selfies or recording themselves which I love. Also staff is amazing and you really do feel welcomed. This is my favorite gym!

Fantastic experience: I used to be a member at another local gym and I’m so pleased that Crunch opened this location as there is really no comparison. This Crunch gym is extremely clean with all brand new equipment. The staff has a great upbeat vibe and are very friendly. I really appreciate that they allow members to determine whether they want to wear a mask or not during their work out.

Fantastic experience: EDIT : THEY IMPLEMENTED STRONGER SAFETY MEASURES! Good job thank you happy work out!!! This would be an amazing gym if not for the lack of safety procedures during a pandemic where there have been 885,000 cases and rising. Planet fitness has top notch safety measures, that’s why I haven’t switched my membership over to Crunch. They said thanks for the feedback a month ago to others and still nothing has changed. I will include an update if anything changes there. It really is a great gym if we were not in this situation. However, we go to the gym to maintain our health. So let’s do that! I see there are some implementations but they are weak and inefficient. The customers seem to be happy with the service, so this gym can afford to implement better social distancing strategies. It will help when the gym is safer more people will sign up! The bathrooms should not be closed for an entire hour in the middle of the day. I found myself waiting to get my belongings and use the bathroom. You should refer to the person who cleans this to find a more reasonable solution. I do appreciate the clean space they do an amazing job considering the size of the bathroom and the virus that has been going around.

Fantastic experience: Just got done with my first workout at the new location, and it definitely has all of the necessities. Impressive how much chest equipment is available. Benches down a whole row? NICE. Also it's 24 hours with adjustments on weekends. Can't go wrong.

Fantastic experience: Great place to work out and burn calories. The fitness classes are amazing and the instructors are wonderful. The only bad thing is the personal training sessions. I think they are a little too pricy and they need to lower their price point.

Fantastic experience: During this current COVID-19 epidemic it can sometimes be very unpleasant to be at home. And the staff here that act more like a family with each other are nothing but accommodating and welcoming to the club's members. That are treated more like house guests than customers in a place that acts as a peacon of hope in an otherwise uncertain time. They can be sticklers when it comes to wearing goggles in the tanning bed and the mask downstairs, but they are just looking out for their guests' well being. Calling you out on the irony of your laziness in a gym. That said if you're looking for a gym to join look no further. Even if there is one closer to you. This one is worth the drive.

Love this Gym and everything it has to offer. Had memberships with 2 other gyms for years prior to Crunch Fitness - Kissimmee and i'll never go back! Fantastic experience: This is a great gym. Open 24 hours and great staff. I signed up for peak membership to get access to sauna and pool. It can be crowded in the evening but lots of equipment so I usually don't have to wait for a station.

Fantastic experience: I use to go here when it was 24 hour fitness. What crunch has done with this place is unreal. This gym is everything. All a person needs while working out. Super grateful and glad I didn’t choose another gym and stood with crunch. Staff is great and honestly I have no complaints! Excited and ready to workout at least 5-6 times a week! Highly Recommended!!
