Fantastic experience: Great size gym, cheap membership, babysitting area, and a women's only area but that area is small in my opinion...however it's usually not crowded at all when I go there. They also offer workout classes too.

Fantastic experience: Wendy was so motivating during Covid when we couldn’t get to the gym. I love her barre and Zumba class. She always has a smile on her face and the best attitude. She worked with me when I had a shoulder injury and with my son in law when he had back issues. She definitely deserves the #InstructorAward title! Having fun while safely getting fit is what motivates me to work out with her!

Fantastic experience: I have been going here for almost 5 years and have always loved it. The pandemic did take away a lot of the instructors that I loved and I desperately want spin and HIIT back on weekday mornings! For now Wendy and Vanessa teach great body burns but the mornings definitely need more variety. Seems like the afternoon classes have a lot more choices of spin, hiit, kickboxing, etc. and the mornings are all the same. I work nights or I would go to these classes. Anyways, not leaving and hoping after the pandemic those classes will be back with instructors like Kate and Kathleen were. #WendyWeiser #VanessaWinston

Fantastic experience: I take a HIIT and weights class at fit factory in kingston and have always had an unbelievable experience. My instructor is Shannon Quinn and she is top notch! Her classes are challenging but she also always allows (and encourages) modifications when necessary. This takes away the pressure that I’ve experienced in other classes when you feel discouraged that you can’t complete a move or set. Her classes are the perfect balance of challenging but doable moves. Every class is a little bit different too which keeps my interest. I also love that she does the workout moves with us....it motivates me to keep going! I look forward to Shannon’s class every week and am hoping she will offer more classes during the week that I can attend! #InstructorAwards #mostmotivating

I’ve since moved back to Boston and haven’t found anyone more motivating than Wendy. She had the #bestplaylists of any instructor. If there’s one thing I could say I miss about suburban life, it would be Wendy’s classes! She deserves and #instructorswards for best of the best. Fantastic experience: Personally, I've been on-again-off-again here. But there's a solid reason for my 5-star review. I lead a group of young adults with disabilities. As part of the Health & Wellness curriculum that I teach, I wanted to get the students gym memberships. I was lucky enough to get a grant that paid for all 11 students to get memberships. I then went to local area gyms to get pricing and learn more. This gym is on a GATRA stop- a local bus- that my students use often. So that helped. Then, I spoke with April, who set us up with a perfect membership that would keep my students fully involved without having to commit for a year. We agreed to a price, and that was that. Now, my students (many of whom have never had any health or wellness training at all) get full access to everything- classes, equipment, training, etc. April is there every day we are, as are the same front desk workers. They all always ask our students how they're doing, they give pointers, and they really do their best to make sure our students succeed. 100% recommend this gym. I may have a very specific situation that most people won't experience in finding a gym, but this very specific situation has been fantastic for our program and our students.

Fantastic experience: J. Glebus -- 12/22/20 - My favorite Class Instructors are the following .... #1 Exercise Instructor is Wendy. Her competience and abilitiy to instruct all levels in class is GREAT! The classes are well thought out. She is always happy, upbeat and ready to help. #2 Cycle Instructor is Greg T. His classes are always FULL and difficult to get into, as this is a testiment to his abilitiy to instruct. He is well prepared to give a very enjoyable and thorough workout. He connects with each and every cyclist by knowing their names and helping whenever needed.

Fantastic experience: Went for the first time yesterday. Was welcomed like I've been going for years. Very pleasant staff, when I asked her about the play care she explained it all to me. Was clean and not to busy I had no wait for the machine I wanted to use. I've been to other gyms where you feel out of place becuase your not a " fit person" but there I didn't feel like that.

Fantastic experience: I have been with FF since they first opened up. We've been through a lot together. Lately, I've been taking yoga classes there and am more than satisfied with the instructors and facility. My only complaint is how crowded it has become, but that's really not a complaint because that just means more people are working on their fitness. Equipment is clean and service is friendly.

Fantastic experience: I have been working out at Fit Factory for awhile now and find the staff friendly and the area is always clean and easy to get around. I very rarely have to wait for machines and the women's room has recently undergone a restructure so that every thing works better and they have brought in more weights of heavier resistance.

Fantastic experience: Great place! They are there for you every step of the way! Awesome classes to pick from.The best part for me was having Gilbert Gebrael as my trainer. He is the best! He listened to what I wanted out of my sessions . Very knowledgeable and attentive. He makes sure you are doing everything correctly. I would recommend him to anyone who seriously wants to train.

Fantastic experience: I have been a member here at The Fit Factory for 18 months and I'm so glad that I joined. Both the weights and cardio equipment are diversified so there's a lot of choices to create one's own personal fitness routine. I have seldom had to wait to use a particular machine. The gym is spacious, the hours convenient and parking is easy. Gym members are friendly but focused on their own goals which I really like. I have belonged to gyms in the past that many people had used as a social club. Not so much here. It's all business. The staff is friendly, professional and always there for you. I highly recommend The Fit Factory. It will be my gym moving forward. One more thing....the price is right. George A. Plymouth, MA

Fantastic experience: Great gym that gives you the option of different types of memberships that suit your needs. They have: free weights, machines, classes, an area to jump rope, and their own version of Cross Fit for a much discounted rate. The staff is friendly and attentive to your needs, especially Myles, who is very personable and outgoing. I recommend this gym to any person who is a gym enthusiast, but also to anyone who is just getting started.

Fantastic experience: The Fit Factory in Kingston is a step above compared to othe facilities. The difference is with their management and staff. They are all professional, knowledgeable and approachable. They always have a suggestion if asked but let you on your own if that is your preference. Additionally, the place is very well equipped and kept extremely clean. I am a 65 year old male just trying to hold on to some tone and the Fit Center is perfect for me. I am impressed with diversity of the members both in age and sex. Everyone is made to feel comfortable and feel like they belong.

Fantastic experience: Fit Factory is awesome! A wide range of equipment with a very slick modern environment that gets me going to start my day off motivated and feeling fit. Take advantage of the supplied towels with a VIP membership, not needing to bring a gross sweaty towel with me for the day is great.

Fantastic experience: I was a member at Fit Factory for just under two years. It’s an extremely nice facility with great staff. Unfortunately I had to cancel my membership due to moving too far away. The manager, Myles, was always more than friendly and welcoming and very understanding of my situation. The equipment is in great shape and it has everything you need.

Fantastic experience: Defiantly one of the best gyms I’ve been to! Myles is great you can tell he is passionate about his job and very knowledgeable! The staff are all friendly and great and the daycare is awesome! Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: So far so good, I have only been a member for less than a week. My last gym was bought out by Fit Factory and our membership transferred automatically to this gym. This gym is fairly new opening a few years ago and it is clean and the staff seems pretty attentive. The equipment is pretty standard, none of the weight equipment is broken like my last gym and the people that go there seemed pretty happy where some gems everybody's miserable and can't wait to leave. I don't see that at this gym.

Fantastic experience: I love my new Gym!! The staff is extremely personal & friendly. Myles is informative and makes the experience a happy one (working out is a chore lol!). This gym feels more like a boutique/club like gym. I love the subdued lighting it feels less on stage like. The locker room is spotless and I love the steam room, such a bonus! The yoga studio is quaint and the instructors are fabulous!!

Fantastic experience: 5 stars for this gym is an understatement. This gym is definitely the gym of my choice, me going from different gyms in the area. Myles is the guy to talk to if you are trying to sign up. Give him a call and you will NOT be disappointed!

Fantastic experience: This is a great place. Myles was really friendly and inviting. He gave me a tour and the gym was far bigger than it looked from the outside. They are a ton of classes available from yoga to pilates and it really feels like a family. I highly recommend going.

Fantastic experience: Fit Factory is amazing. There is a wide selection of equipment and machines for all skill levels. I have barely ever had to wait for a machine, and never have had to wait for a cardio machine. They offer a wide selection of classes throughout the day to fit everyone's schedule. The staff is very nice and always there to help. The facility itself is huge with plenty of space between the machines. There is also a ladies workout room, locker rookms, steam rooms, cross fit section, yoga area... the list is endless. The personal fitness trainers are great and are really educated in the fitness world. Each workout is customized to what you desire, taking into account your fitness level, medical issues, etc. Fit Factory is a must.

Fantastic experience: I am always impressed every time I walk in to Fit Factory. It is always well maintenanced having all the machines and equipment being kept in great condition. On top of that there is always such friendly service by the club members. Myles in particular, always maintaining positive energy, making sure everyone is satisfied in and out of the gym. I typically work on cardio and core using the treadmill and ab machines. I also take advantage of the lady’s only room opportunity while working out. Overall I’ve had nothing but great experiences at Fit Factory and am always looking forward to my next visit.
