Fantastic experience: Dropped in for two workouts while in town. Coaching was great - positive, friendly, did a great job explaining things. Workouts were on point - wish I could have made it for a third day but my schedule did not cooperate. Members were very friendly and welcoming at both the morning and evening sessions. Only thing I would ding them for is no t shirts in my size. I like to get a shirt at every box I hit ;). Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Come visit the new location at 112 South Chestnut St. Classes are for all ability levels. Very inclusive.

Fantastic experience: Can’t say enough about this gym. Works with you on where you are at in your fitness. The concept of Crossfit can be intimidating but they do a great job in helping you with your personal goals and fitness.
