Physique Plus Fitness Center

Fantastic experience: I love Physique! They have all new cardio equipment, beautiful locker rooms, and a Kid's Club so that you can bring your children and still get a workout in! My favorite thing about this gym is that they make changes and updates to classes/equipment etc. quite frequently.

I usually go to my gym in Ridgefield since that is where I work. Found this gym on google and love it. Very spread out. Nice equipment. Not a lot of people which is good. Will come back.

Fantastic experience: Awesome gym! Never too crowded, even on a January weekday from 4 - 6 PM. I don't do any of the classes, just use the weight room. Never have problems getting the squat rack or bench. They have everything you need. Best gym in the area by far. Even outside the area, still better than most gyms.

Fantastic experience: My first gym membership ever and 7 years later I am still here! The owner Shawn, Jay, Dana, and the rest of the staff have always accommodated me and the atmosphere is one of a kind and far unique from other chain gyms around Connecticut. The facility is up to date and always clean, the members here are consistent and courteous, and overall it's a totally non-threatening environment compared to gyms where you might feel unwelcome for not being on a certain level of "fitness". Everyone is always welcoming and the local members are friendly enough to motivate you to keep on "showing up".

Fantastic experience: This gym is by far the best gym I've ever been to. I started coming here in the mornings before school/work and it has improved my mood and even grades! The amount of things you get from getting a membership at this gym has no price tag!
