Fantastic experience: Well I now have to give them 5 stars. When I finished my review I got a call thanking me for the review and letting me know that the machine I was waiting for, was in. So I was able to have my body scan. Only 3 stars because I joined about 2 weeks ago. I've been in there twice both times was getting information. Very helpful and very friendly . The gym is very clean . Waiting for the machine that does body scan, it was loan out to another of their gyms. I want to be scan before I start working out. When you see someone give this place a low score, see who it is ! Before making a judgment. I saw one with a 1 star the person has only reviewed 3 places. And two of those were food . I'm a local guide on Google maps. Give honest reviews I've had over a million views, with 146 reviews.

Positive experience: Love all my workout anytime gyms. Only side note is they could use a couple different and extra attachments for their cable setup. Other than that solid gym and one of the larger WoA locations.

Fantastic experience: I am a member from the Calera location. I have been working out at this location on my lunch break for a month or so. It is a good workout anytime location. There is plenty of room. Equipment is in good shape. Staff is friendly. I really like it and would recommend it to anyone.

Fantastic experience: Great gym with great equipment. Staff is usually very helpful. I had to move and cancel my membership. This required me to do this in person at the gym and the owner had to be called in order for this to take place. Cancellation of the membership should be more streamlined. Overall I would suggest

Fantastic experience: By far the best gym facility in the Leeds/Moody area. They have the kindest staff around. They make you feel like you're special there and not just another face. The weights and equipment are the best around. As well as their tanning beds and hydro-massage bed. I'd rate them a 12 out of 10.

Fantastic experience: My wife and I signed up for the free week. I have been using the equipment to try to rehab a busted shoulder. My wife has been focused on weight lifting for her legs and glutes. I am very happy with my progress and hers. We both plan on joining as soon as we get paid.
