Positive experience: Had a few incidences of no returned phone calls or messages for different inquiries. After some time one of the gym owners did reach out to me and helped improve my overall experience.

Fantastic experience: Positive: Professionalism , Quality I’ve bounced around between a lot of gyms in the Tri-Cities and Impakt is by far my favorite. The people are great, the equipment is awesome, and the entire atmosphere is exactly what you would want in a gym. They also have an outdoor area which I have yet to see anywhere else around here!

Fantastic experience: This is an incredible gym for many different types of lifters...powerlifting, body building, CrossFit, and athletic training. It's not the best place for someone trying to get some cardio although they do have a few different cardio machines. The staff were absolutely wonderful. They were extremely polite, easy to talk to, and highly accommodating. I highly recommend this facility to anyone who is looking for a new gym!

Fantastic experience: BTB has everything you need, regardless of your level or knowledge of weightlifting. The staff is incredibly friendly, the weights are abundant (plus brand spanking new), and the sound system is thumpin' (yes I said that. THUMPIN'). Get in there today and get your butt in shape!! Literally.

Fantastic experience: Love the gym. Friendly atmosphere makes me wanna work out there. I'm a beginner and they have everything ready as I advance. Close to Costco makes is convenient too!

Fantastic experience: Just starting out, BTB is eager to help with no judgment of my physical....self. Great place to go middle of the day or middle of the night. Its all up to you, but at BTB there is no where to go but up!

Fantastic experience: There is lots of weight to be picked up and put down here. The place is so friendly. There you will find some awesome equipment, serious althletes, and winning competitors in either carved body competition or super human strength. Me, I'm just a guy who likes to compete with myself and get better at the lift, at the max, and ultimately and most importantly find better mental and physical health. Beneath the Bar is my gym. I encourage anybody reading this to make it your gym!
