Swift Calisthenics Park

Fantastic experience: I workout here all the time now! Yes it's outside BUT, it's great at certain times of the day. It has trees so you can cool off if need be, tables to sets your things on, and normally there isn't a lot of people. Its right on the bigger walking trail loop so after a workout you can run, or maybe even before a work out to get a nice stretch. Everything has a diagram of different exercises with the different difficulties and the different muscle groups you use during a specific workout. I like this because then I get to choose what one I want to do depending on my needs.

Fantastic experience: Well equipped outdoor workout space with dip bars, pull up bars, low bars for pushups or inverted rows, steps for step-ups or box jumps, and more. Rubber flooring. Located next to 1 mile running/walking track and about a 1/10 mi from well maintained rest rooms with water fountains.

Positive experience: I wish there were more equipment here

Fantastic experience: Lots of playground selection for children. Love the fenced area for smaller kids. My family had a blessed.
