Fantastic experience: One of the best gyms I’ve ever been to. I work out on and off and travel the world and have been to many gyms & this is at the top of the list. This place reminds me of The world famous gold gyms in Venice but better in my opinion. Anyways 5/5 perfect place to workout with more than enough machines & weights.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to this gym for just under three years and it’s just getting better and better. Huge machine selection with plenty of free weights and lots of space.

Fantastic experience: Hands down, the best gym/training facility I have ever set foot in, and I have trained at EVERY “Mecca” in the US and some of the top gyms in the world. The environment here is infectious. People from all walks of life, from different athletic backgrounds, with different goals can walk in to this establishment and be welcomed with open arms and have state-of-the-art equipment to train with. EVERYONE here is welcoming and is here to be better versions of themselves. If you can enter this facility and NOT feel at home and motivated… you lack a pulse. Brandon, the owner, is one of the best guys I’ve ever met. He pours his heart and soul into providing a phenomenal environment for any and everyone who wants to push themselves and become better at whatever their craft is. He welcomed me like family and that means a lot to me. This is NOT your corporate box gym where you’re just another membership fee! I would literally relocate to Soldotna JUST to be able to train here on a regular basis.

Fantastic experience: This gym is awesome! The owner is a great guy and a veteran. He used to compete in powerlifting and is a bodybuilder. The facility has all sorts of equipment. I counted 4 squat racks, 3 flat benches, a couple incline benches, and all sorts of stack loaded and plate loaded machines and a couple sets of dumbbells that went up to 210 lbs! Multiple restrooms, a small kitchen, lockers, and a shower facility. Dues are very reasonable, and he offers a discount for military and first responders. Fantastic atmosphere. This place is a hidden gym!

Fantastic experience: I moved up here recently, and my life style has changed for the better. My cousin took me to this gym and said it’s veteran owned, used, and the atmosphere was great. He said it’s hands down the best gym in Alaska, and I couldn’t agree more. Just walking through the front door and hearing the music cranked and metal clanking, seeing the flags, and the smiles on people’s faces as they converse in between sets, I knew this gym was legit. I love going to this gym because not only are there so many machines to use to get a great session in, but I’ve made friends, and it feels like a second home. It’s been something that has helped me reach goals that I thought I couldn’t, and going here has helped me strive for more, in and out of the gym. The owner is a great dude, and has even reached out to me to give me advice on certain things I was questioning. If anyone reads this and hasn’t gone to this gym, GO! It IS the best gym in Alaska, and you should make it a second home for you as well.

Fantastic experience: So, you need a place to lift? This place has you covered. You want to do a bunch of cardio on only the best equipment, this place is your new home. You want to dress up in workout clothes and take selfies in front of a room of mirrors, it's got that too! This place has everything you could ever want from a beginners outlook, to the salty vet that has seen it all. Everyone that goes here is incredibly supportive and will help you to be an all around better person. It also has some top of the line supplements AND is open 24 hours 7 days a week. So, leave your excuses behind and your pride at the front door. You won't regret being a member at Iron Asylum.
