Fantastic experience: Very friendly staff and a great deal for families of any size. Places to exercise and play basketball with several events scheduled each week. Showers are warm, good pressure and cheap with an option to use a dry sauna in both men and women sides. Lockers are available so bring a lock for anything valuable.

Positive experience: When it's volleyball on Wednesday's to men's league basketball during the winter. Regardless of the slippery old floor still one of my favorite places to play sports with friends.

Positive experience: I am from the lower 48 but I have been coming to Alaska for 7 years now. Almost every time I come I end up at the Rec Center. While all of the equipment is not the most up to date, I always feel that the staff and facility is great. The one star reduction is just due to the facility. The staff have always been awesome. It is a great place to come together with the community. Thanks Kenai Rec Center!

Positive experience: This place has a lot of stuff for the community to do. Basketball, volleyball, racquetball, & so much more! The building could use a little upkeep but overall it was a great place for the community to get active. They also have opportunities for birthday parties and more.

Positive experience: Nice community center gym. Has a full free weight room as well as a separate cardiovascular room with treadmills stair climbers stationary bikes and a universal gym with nine stations. Has six additional workout stations for abs and back. Cost is $40 for 10 visits for $50 for a month.

Fantastic experience: Great place to take my toddler Wednesdays and Fridays four Tot Time. Open gym with toys and play structures to climb on.

Positive experience: Inexpensive place to work out, lift, sauna and other sports like racquet ball court.

Fantastic experience: It has way more than in pictures or that is easily found on line. Weight room, volleyball/racquetball courts, and the obvious gym. They host all kinds of events, the staff is friendly!
