Fantastic experience: I’ve paid many a monthly membership fee at other gyms and hardly stepped foot in the door. Life Time is the first gym that I have ever gone to that I look forward to going to each day. It is my happy place.

Fantastic experience: Wonderful facility full of all the great amenities you'd like in a gym. Machines and attachments you can't find anywhere else around. Friendly staff as well.

Positive experience: Great Gym and fabulous facility if you can stand 30 televisions playing Fox News and Tucker Carlson all night and all day long. I have never been to a gym that is Fox News on steroids, ????. Someone should realize that spewing hatred all day long cannot be good for the body.

Fantastic experience: I’ve really enjoyed being a member at Larry North! I hired Christy to be my trainer and she’s been great! The facility is always very clean and tidy and the staff is always friendly and helpful. In spite of the general manager being an OU fan, it’s still a great place to workout (playful college football jab)!

Fantastic experience: The nearby Marriott provides daily passes to this location during your stay and it is so worth the 4 minute walk. Great facility with a wide range of equipment. Plenty of machines and free weights and a great cardio specific room with any machine one would need. Very helpful and friendly service from the employees.

Fantastic experience: I am a fairly new employee at the Solana location and I absolutely love working with the staff, I can personally assure you from "behind the scenes" that the Solana staff works so hard to provide the best experience possible for the members! I can also say that I enjoy the company of each of our members who walk through the door... who I know will make you feel welcomed and encouraged! Lastly, the facility is wonderful, and in great condition especially after recent renovation! This is a great club and if you are looking for a home gym I would encourage to to stop by and try out Larry North! You wont be disappointed!

Fantastic experience: I just recently started working out at the Solana location and the first thing I noticed was that the staff was exceptionally welcoming, attentive, and ready to help with anything I needed. It is a very nice atmosphere, much cleaner and less crowded than the typical 24 hour gyms I have previously used. The experience here is actually much more like a club as they have massage, a very nice recreational pool in addition to the indoor lap pool, as well as numerous classes that are included with your membership. They also have a sauna, steam room, and hot tub in the locker rooms which were recently renovated along with the showers. Great place to work out, and to relax!

Fantastic experience: I thoroughly enjoy Shane's Saturday morning class. It has become a routine that my husband and I enjoy doing together. This past year, our oldest daughter has joined the workouts as well. This summer she participated in a performance class that ran for an allotted time. This club is one that fits well for our entire family.

I'd been searching for a new club because the overly large one I was with for 15 years became less interested in the members each passing year. Solana is GREAT!! From the membership advisors, to the trainers, to the facilities, it's the best around. I'd recommend this gym to anyone who is into a healthy lifestyle and staying fit. And, they care about the members!!

Penelope Roberts has over 20 years of experience with Four Seasons Resort and it shows. She does every thing. Sports, relaxation, hot stones, injury rehab. Nice massage therapy area. She will make your life better.
