Fantastic experience: I’ve been going for over a month, almost everyday. I really enjoy the workouts and appreciate the trainers. The early crowd is a hoot, and the class is a great way to start the day. I’ve been to many gyms, and I have to note this is the cleanest facility and equipment. I really appreciate that. Like all things heath, no quick fix. This place, however, provides great programs, equipment, and motivation. Last note, I drive about 20 mins each way, passing several other gyms. Fantastic experience: I'm 64 and I've been a member of several gyms and never have i gotten the direction and training I get here. I'm definitely a beginner but never feel out of place. The instructors are amazing and are always encouraging!

Fantastic experience: This place is amazing!!!! All the coaches are great. They are very knowledgeable, friendly and overall good people. The classes are always different and they target different areas of the body. I go in with anger and stress and I leave feeling happy and relaxed. This is way cheaper than any therapy! If I could, I would go to class every day!

Never being so motivated to get to my workout done before, until I came to RockBox. I have notice so much improvement that I am so glad and thankful I joined RockBox. Fantastic experience: I've been a member for about 2 months and admittedly, didn't go much my first month because it was over the summer and I was travelling but I made a commitment to myself to go consistently my second month and I'm so glad I did! I've seen and felt distinct improvements in my strength, speed, balance, and endurance. I enjoy the trainers I've worked with (Monica and Kyle) and somehow I have so much fun working out there that I actually look forward to the early morning classes despite being a night owl! I definitely recommend trying RockBox. Even if you don't have a martial arts background or aren't training for a sport it's just a fun way to get in shape and push yourself to improve physically and mentally.

Fantastic experience: My first experience was amazing. The trainers and staff are passionate and the workout was really fun. Whether your workout experience level is novice or more advanced you’re guaranteed to get a great workout that is unique, yet fits your needs. The circuits are great and perfectly timed, just when you start to feel that workout burn the bell is ringing and you’re on to the next circuit, which is great in my opinion to keep your attention long enough to get the results you need but not too long where your mind starts to play tricks on you and you’re about ready to throw in the towel. The coaches are motivating and encouraging and the staff is so down to earth and relatable, they feel like friends! Can’t wait to go back!

Boxing, kicking, weights, and other strength exercise combine to push your body and mind. No experience needed, as they will teach and demonstrate all exercises and movements.
