Fantastic experience: I come to this gym for the fun classes that are being offered. I tried different classes and can honestly say all are good and the instructors are amazing. Lilia’s classes are my FAVORITE. Let me tell you- her classes are an experience on another level which I think has a lot to do with Lilia’s love for dance and her playful and positive personality. The class is usually full- it’s like you would watch a movie with people dancing but you are in that movie Everyone in her class is enjoying the dancing/the moves, people often sing to the music, and having the best time of their life while they do so. She is an amazing instructor and I feel lucky that she teaches classes here ❤️ A side note to the Corporate Folks- please help with extending the daycare hours- thanks in advance

Fantastic experience: FOR $10 MONTHLY !! The Members or the Staff idk who to blame for the weights being everywhere and random equipment in walk path. LIKE RANDOM plates and kettlebells scattered in the gym . IT LIKE WERES WALDO sometimes. Lots of trip hazards ,and makes it hard to find plates for loading bar . BUT GEUSS WHAT it's $10 what a deal . I'm not paying for someone to rack weights So ALL MEMBERS PLEASE PICK UP AFTER YOURSELF

Fantastic experience: I started coming to this Gym. I think is Great!! I really enjoy Zumba Classes, Teacher/ Coach is very energetic and great music. =)

Fantastic experience: I'm a 68 year old grandmother, looking to get back into shape, and hopefully lose this big belly I have attained over the past few years thanks to Covid, eating too much, & less exercise. I came with my daughter, who'd joined about 3 weeks ago, to check it out & see if this is something I could do, and found out I can do this! The front desk girl, Madelyn was very informative and sweet, making me feel very welcomed. I'll be back to continue working my abs & increasing my stamina. Glad my daughter pushed me to join her!

Fantastic experience: Easy to cancel if you need to. I moved a year ago. Now I’m back in town. Still the same old basic contract. Not like the other big companies trying to get you to pay $300 and mail something.

Fantastic experience: The staff is ALWAYS so nice and polite. I’ve been to 24hr, PF, and fitness nation and this is my favorite for so many reasons. There’s no downs or cons to this place. My daughter goes to the kids area while I work out and the kids staff is also very nice and polite all the time I’ve been. Great job guys.

Fantastic experience: My favorite gym in the Keller area. It's the only one that has the high incline 30 percent grade treadmills and there are plenty of them. I mostly use the gym for cardio (treadmill and stairs). My only minor complaint is the stair machines are located in an area out of reach of the giant ceiling fans so it's noticeably warmer in this area.

Positive experience: Large open facility with plenty of machines and weights! Imagine that! The gym does get packed during high traffic hours which seem to be the usually from 5 to 8 pm. During those times you may have to get creative with your workouts in order to keep stay active or just wait for your machine or bench to open up. Either way, one of the better gyms in the area!

Fantastic experience: Love the women's area! I feel a lot more comfortable working out in there. I absolutely love the sauna! So relaxing! I miss the gym being open 24/7 but other than that it’s an awesome place!

Fantastic experience: I have been to several gyms! This one is pretty awesome….. my favorite part is the child care. They provide a safe place for kids to hang out, watch movies, play on tablets, and just run around! They have so many options to workout weather it be free weights or machines or treadmills it’s a great place.. my wife especially enjoys the woman’s only area, she feels safe and likes the ability to work out without having the feeling of being watched! Will continue to attend!

Fantastic experience: Management is top notch. The employees are nurtured into leaders. Staff is super helpful and courteous. The gym itself is way too much for only $10/mo. Mind = Blown

Fantastic experience: Employees make the difference here! I wanted to bolt for the door because of my own anxiety and insecurities being in a gym period. Joseph was the one that made the difference. Im now on my third week and getting more and more comfortable with the gym!!

Fantastic experience: Fitness Connection in Watauga is a gem. During COVID the staff were on top of everything. Cleanliness, equipment and facilities were and still are top-notch. The communications on mask/non-mask policy and recommendations were clear, up-to-date and maintained. I’ve always felt welcome and appreciate having a place I can recommend to friends and family.

Fantastic experience: Went on a Sunday. I'm used to a packed gym so it was fine to me. Was very worried from the reviews that I was going to get harassed for not having my mask up like I do at BEDFORD. but no they were great there. If that changes I will edit this review. But staff was very pleasant. Hope it stays that way.

Fantastic experience: Great deal here I put down like 60 bucks and then 10 a month it included me with the daycare witch is so freaking nice in there. Great equipment lots of varieties nice space, mirrors,restrooms very nicely kept clean, also sauna is open now ! Zumba is also available, they do bike classes too !

Fantastic experience: Spacious, clean. Coming from another gym, that was always dirty, everywhere. This was a blessing. They have a large assortment of equipment. Even when crowded you can find another or similar equipment. Hrs are good, I wish they would switch back to 24 hrs. Friendly staff.

Fantastic experience: BRAD = BEST. GENERAL. MANAGER. EVER! He actually LISTENED to my suggestions for improvement and DID SOMETHING ABOUT IT! The gym oddly had fewer barbells than they have benches and squat racks. So even if you could find an open bench or rack, there wasn't always a barbell available. I had mentioned this to the front desk in the past, telling them they needed more barbells, but there was no action taken. Now with BRAD there, I explained it to him, and guess what .. HE ACTUALLY ORDERED MORE BARBELLS!!! Additionally, there was only one rollable/flat/inclinable bench by the Smith Machines and Power Rack. This one little bench is almost ALWAYS in use and never available because people use it for so many different purposes. So the bench is in HIGH DEMAND, but there is only one available. Again, I mentioned this to BRAD, and guess what ... BRAD ORDERED AN ADDITIONAL BENCH! THANKS, BRAD, FOR REALLY LISTENING AND RESPONDING! YOU'RE THE BEST!!! Also, the gym sends out surveys to the members about once every month. I responded to the survey giving feedback, and when I checked in later, BRAD was at the counter and said "I read your survey. Thanks for the info". YES, HE ACTUALLY READS EVERY SURVEYS THAT MEMBERS SUMBIT. How awesome is that!

Fantastic experience: Great gym. Very clean and the equipment is almost brand new. The staff is polite and professional. Price cannot be beat as they offer a $10.00 a month option.

Fantastic experience: Clean and tons of equipment! The ladies only workout area is such a bonus and makes it comfortable to workout. Lilia's Zumba and BLT classes are my highlights of visiting!

Fantastic experience: Just joined. First time visit was awesome. I went at peek time and was still able to execute a flawless workout with little to no wait time. 10$ down and 10$ a month. How do they keep the doors open in a beautiful facility like that with that low of a membership cost? So far the gym is above and beyond what one could hope for.

Fantastic experience: This is an EXCELLENT gym to be regularly going to! It has a plethora of different machines available, many of which I haven't even seen before. The variety is immense, and they are handling social distancing very well too, with mandatory masks and gloves at all times at the gym, with paper towels and disinfectant sprays spread throughout to wipe down the machines and benches. For the size and the price, you really can't go wrong with this place. Super clean gym, friendly staff [shout out to Anthony & Omar!], and PLENTY of options to choose from for exercises, it's all around a very pleasant experience that I cannot recommend enough.

Fantastic experience: I love Fitness Connection Watauga. This is the Gym that I have managed to stay consistent at. The reason is their great customer service, clean facility and an amazing variety of equipment. Not to forget a ladies only workout area with a large movie screen. They have a good childcare area as well. Highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: This gym is definitely safety oriented especially during these times. You'll be greeted at the door in a welcoming and professional manner followed by a routine temperature check as mandated by the CDC ordinances. This is the cleanest gym I've been to and the most well equipped as well. For $10 a month you get your money's worth and more. Possibly the best option around town before getting into the much much more expensive options, but this still feels like a prestige gym matching those luxurious clubs. Don't miss out, you'll be glad to be a part of Fitness Connection.

Fantastic experience: Positive: Quality Fitness Connection is the best value out there in a gym. I love their group classes. They have plenty of equipment and nice employees. I've been a member over 2 years and plan to stay.

Fantastic experience: Very sad to leave but I enjoyed the services that the Watagua team had available for me! Always was greeted with a smile from the team and never had any trouble. Joseph was very understandable of my situation and did not give me any hard time with the cancellation. He was very professional and kind to speak with. Thank you Joseph for ending my time with FitCo on a positive note!

Fantastic experience: My friend and I joined this gym specifically for the spin classes. We love, love, love Tiffani as an instructor! She helps everyone focus on their form to avoid injury and get the most out of the workout. We used to be members at the Cycle Bar and recognize a great instructor when we see one. The only thing I don't like is that there are not more spin classes to choose from. Adding some additional times would probably increase your membership. There are also a couple of bikes that need repair and I'd like to see those taken care of in a timely manner so more people can take the classes! Other than that I am very pleased!! Keep up the good work Tiffani!

Fantastic experience: This place is superb. Friendly, professional staff. Never a question they can't answer. The prices offered for memberships are insanely low for how much this gym has to offer. The gym is huge, signs and cleaning equipment for these odd covid times, classes, basketball court (spin bikes in place of right now), a women's only workout room, locker rooms, etc... You... reading this... you should join if you haven't already.

Fantastic experience: Nice to have the kid friendly childcare back! My kids use to love it and when new manager came in that all changed. My little boy got to where he would cry and hold me not wanting to be there. So glad changes were made! I can finally workout without feeling bad and no tears from my little guy!

Fantastic experience: This is my first day back in the gym since the pandemic and since being pregnant from February to November. I had some anxiety about my first time back in, but the man that checked me at the desk was so friendly and took my temperature right away. This immediately helped calm me down. Im huge on cardio and loved that every other treadmill was blocked but there were still plenty open for use. As always it was clean and there were plants of machines open in the rest of the gym. I can’t wait to come back again and get into the swing of things so loss my baby weight

Fantastic experience: This gym has everything and it’s open 24/7!!!! My wife and I love it! It’s got a daycare inside and it comes included with your membership, (see picture for hours of the daycare) the gym has a nice dry sauna, a couple of basketball courts, a women’s area with a movie theater inside it! You can find any device, weights and all kind of areas to work out!! The place is huge, you can always find an empty machine or area to workout. Prices are very fair!

Fantastic experience: This gym is sooo awesome and the manager Joseph Martinez is so so helpful and kind! They are awesome for beginning women specifically because they have an area exclusively for women to work out! Their focus is fitness which I believe is why they have an area for women who may be a bit shy because they are new to the lifestyle and mechanics of how a gym works! Which i must say is a breath of fresh air! All of the employees and trainers are soooo friendly and helpful that they make you feel motivated just through the front door interaction! I must say they earned those 5 stars by the second I walked in the door! Joseph if you read this i want to say truly thankyou so much for all of the help, and i wish nothing but blessings for you!

Fantastic experience: Great facility. The best corporate gym in DFW in my opinion. Great equipment, well kept, awesome staff. Especially Omar, he is always great to see, very welcoming and very helpful.

Fantastic experience: I've loved coming here from the start because well let's be honest, it's a very affordable membership so if I don't hit the gym for a month I don't feel like I'm wasting a ton of money for not going. They have tons of equipment and a huge layout. Yes it gets busy, yes it can be crowded at times, yes there are times when other people are crowding machines while being on their phone, but that comes with the gym environment. It's clean, machines are maintained, plenty of are for the free weight lifters, and they won't kick you out for lifting too much!!!

Fantastic experience: I have been coming to this location since it opened, the staff has always been professional and the gym is always clean. It has 3x the equipment of the other big box gym down the street (which is now closed) and there is something for all levels of experience. I had a problem with my account and it was taken care of promptly with no issues by Gisselle (didn't get her last name), she is very professional and knew what issue was immediately. Great place to workout!

Fantastic experience: We have been using this gym for several months now. The gym is well maintained, clean and offers a large variety of workout equipment. We really like the group classes- the instructors are welcoming everyone with encouragements. Working with a trainer and on small group classes is definitely very helpful also. The management team is pretty open to suggestions and they do everything they can to help everyone. Thank you for everything!

Fantastic experience: Joined this gym right before thanksgiving and I absolutely love it! Friendly staff, very clean and the customer service is great! Love that they have a separate area for women and the women’s movie theater with equipment is an excellent bonus! They have a lot of equipment and the facility is huge. Highly recommend getting a membership here!

Fantastic experience: Nice facility! Locker room is always clean and the sauna is amazing! They have a private are where ONLY women can work out AND a theater filled with cardio machines for women only as well. However, the movies aren’t that good. The parking lot always looks packed, but when I go in, there’s so much equipment that it isn’t bad. I saw someone comment they wait to get on machines. That must be weightlifting because cardio machines are always empty. Only thing is the weekend hours 8am - 8pm do suck.

Fantastic experience: I was pleased with the cleanliness and organization of this facility. I was extremely grateful for the fitness specialist front desk representative (who looked somewhat like a Natalie Merchant doppelgänger ) who allowed me to use the facility despite my membership primarily being in Houston (where I had been for a contract assignment). Uncannily, after finishing my workout my shoes fell within a crevice near the top of my locker where I couldn’t get them myself as the space they were in was too tall and hollow. The front desk representative and the cleaning staff person went literally above and beyond to retrieve both my shoes (which almost look like these btw lol ) and I am forever grateful. This is an excellent facility for your aerobic and strength training needs. Stay well!

Fantastic experience: Great atmosphere from the moment you walk in and the staff here is great! Clean gym with plenty of equipment and space to move around. Can't beat the price either. I only wish they were open 24 hours but I've been told management is working to resolve this. Definitely a 5 star gym though!

Fantastic experience: This gym is great. Large and really clean. The kids area at no extra charge is fantastic, and the kids love it. I've just started here this week after being at LA Fitness down the road and am enjoying it here much more. My only mild complaints are they need more weights in the free weight area; I find myself hunting for weights more than at LA. I also think they should have squeezed in one more free weight seated shoulder press bench, and one more squat/dead lift station if possible, although space would be tight for the squat rack. Overall I don't know how you can beat the quality of gym for the price.

Fantastic experience: I previously worked out at LA Fitness in Keller and as soon as I heard they were opening a Fitness Connection my wife and I had to go check it out. The first day they opened we were there and I couldn't believe how big the place was and how much space there was to workout. Biggest problem at LA Fitness was not enough equipment so certain hours were really hard to get a smooth workout in especially with so many people being there to socialize and not actually workout. At Fitness Connection there is never that problem. The place is so big that no matter what time you go there is plenty of space and equipment to use. In addition the employees are very polite and helpful. The manager Anai is a sweetheart and has helped my wife and I on a fee occasions and she is very genuine and sincere. I could not be happier with this gym and I definitely will never go back to LA Fitness. It can not compare to the quality that Fitness Connection delivers.
