Fantastic experience: BMF is the best gym I have belonged to. It is large, well equipped and very clean. The equipment is well maintained. I feel very comfortable going in and working out. My daughter, granddaughter and I go several times a week. It does not have that "meat market" vibe. Two things that really impress me about the owner of BMF • There are a lot of teenage boys/athletes who go there. They get one-on-one help and the owner works with them in groups. Brandon has a great knack for relating to these kids, a way of authorative instructing with encouragement and explanation. • The atmosphere is very low key, friendly but not intrusive. Family friendly with a kids' room. Inspirational quotes on the walls, including a favorite of mine by Mother Theresa. But make no mistake, this is not a trendy foo foo place. It is a very serious place to get a healthy workout and relaxation combined. People of all ages go here.

Fantastic experience: Love this gym! It's very clean, 24 hour, family friendly (with a side room for the kiddos), has a ton of free weights, machines for lifting/cardio & plenty of floor space to create your own workouts. It's got more of a family feel & is one of my favorite places to be. Best part? When it's warm enough to have the gym doors open! Come check it out =)

Fantastic experience: Going to the gym can be stressful. I recently moved to town and where I come from the gyms are a meat market - not my scene. BMF is family friendly and a nice relaxing feel - no garbage to deal with and the owner, Brandon genuinely cares about the members. They offer one on one workouts at a fair price. The gym has machines, free weights and a open area to do your own thing with balls, ropes or just lunges. I can now relax and enjoy the gym with all the equipment I need to get a good full workout.
