Fantastic experience: KGSP has been a wonderful gym for my daughter. We transferred to this gym seeking a more positive environment and have been very pleased to have loving coaches, teammates, and gym owner. Additionally, Team gymnastics fees are far more affordable here than at previous gyms.

Fantastic experience: Love this place! So happy to have finally found a place where my daughter looks forward to going every week for gymnastics! The coaches are so sweet and patient with her and that makes a world of a difference. They truly take the time to help the kids and make sure they have the correct form and feel confident in doing all exercises. I am so excited to continue to watch her grow and learn new skills.

Fantastic experience: My son loves this summer camp. He comes home tired, happy and usually not ready to leave by the end of the day. Staff is great and friendly and from what I have seen, easy going and fun with the kids. Definitely recommend for children.

Fantastic experience: Love-Love-Love!!!! My daughter is on Bronze team at KGSP. I can’t say enough great things about the place. The coaches are the best. Seriously, the best. I’ve tried multiple gyms in Katy and surrounding areas. I am shocked at how fast she continues improve. She adores all the coaches… our team coaches and Jr coaches. I’ve never seen a new place blow up so quick, with success and having the best of the best coaches. We are super excited about our new state of the art gym, opening in early 2023 to accommodate the insanely quick growing amount of athletes…..Lots of space, new equipment, and PARKING!

Fantastic experience: We enrolled our daughter into the 2020 Summer Camp and she absolutely LOVED this place. She asked everyday if she could get there a little early and for us to try and be 5 minutes late picking her up. Ownership and staff and super friendly, professional and the facility is very clean . I highly recommend trying this place out. It was well worth it for us.

Fantastic experience: KGSP is amazing! The gym opened up supervised learning at the beginning of the school year and it was big blessing for this Mom! The gym looked after every detail in regards to the safety of our children as far as cleaning, disinfecting and making sure they were safe on a daily basis. This made me feel so comfortable sending my child. My son woke up every morning excited to go to the gym where he could easily focus on his learning and then to have his daily activity in the afternoon. All the coaches were great! A big Thank you to Stephanie, Chris, Coach Roman and all the other awesome coaches who helped out with my son!

The coaches and the management is awesome , with years of experiencing in gymnastics and equivalent field. my daughters has been training with the coaches for over 3 years now. They are certainly arguably one of the best from industry and are committed to the best interests of gymnast girls. It is going to be very exclusive and elite facility with highly committed and thorough professional staff.

Fantastic experience: We enrolled our kids in the summer camp program for 2019. They had a great time. The first day, they were sad they had to leave because they were having such a great time. We loved the staff. They really cared and showed interest in what was going on in the lives of our girls. They were really great with working with us with our schedule. We would recommend the camp to all of our friends.

After some issues at another local gym, we decided to make the move to Katy Gymnastics and Sports Performance and couldn't be happier! Brand new, wide open facilities with the best coaches in Katy. Also, bringing proper body mechanics and analysis to gymnastics that has been shown to reduce injury. Our kids love this gym and it's staff! They can't wait to go to their next class.
