F45 Training Morton Ranch

Fantastic experience: F45 Morton Ranch is such an amazing place! The workouts, the owner, and the coaches are all superb! I’m so thankful to have this location right around the corner!

Fantastic experience: I really liked the class, I felt that they helped me a lot in the positions because it was the first time and because I haven't exercised for a long time. The only thing I would ask is that you help us stretch after class and not just follow an application. Thanks .

Fantastic experience: Absolutely incredible experience! I walked in and was immediately greeted by the staff and coaches! Music was popping with a live DJ! Extremely clean, organized and professional studio! If you are looking to improve your health in a fun, positive and energetic atmosphere, you’ve come to the right place! Bathrooms were also very clean with everything you need to shower after class! Everyone was so kind and welcoming to me! It really feels like one big happy family who all work as a team! The workout was epic, the music was fire and the coaches were incredible! Thank you so much!

Fantastic experience: This gym is wonderful! I absolutely love coach A-Rod, coach Karen and the early morning crew. They have made me a morning person for the first time in my life! When I first started it had been a while since I did anything but yoga at home, so I struggled to keep up, but I kept going and now 3 months in I see a ton of progress! My clothes fit better, I can run with my kids again and I’m starting to see muscle definition. I’ve joined a few gyms in the past and always felt out of place and didn’t know what to do, but with this F45 I can just show up and put in the work and the coaches guide me when i need it. I’ve never felt out of place! I just found the app that also provides home workouts, recipes and the prices are very affordable for all that you get. We even recently moved and I am choosing to stay at this gym bc all F45s are run a little different and this one ranks among the top locations in the nation, so I’m staying despite the added distance! I hesitated to try this out and I wish I had joined sooner bc it’s changed my life for the better. If you’re on the fence there is a one week free trial. Give it a try, you won’t regret it!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been at F45 Morton Ranch for over 6 months and it’s been great! The 45 min training goes super fast. Everyday is a new workout, so it’s never boring. The music is loud and the atmosphere is awesome! The trainers are encouraging and helpful. It has been a life changing experience. I recommend it highly to anyone!!!

The workouts are fun - they change a lot so its always new and exciting + they always have a great play list. F45 is becoming a great new workout and hobby for me!

Yes it ain’t cheap like planet or 24, but the results, atmosphere, and set up of the work outs cannot be beat. Thought once my injury was healed, I’d go back to CrossFit but not now. Come try it out! You won’t regret!

Coaches are there to help you on your form and they always want the best for their customers. If I could give them 10 stars I would . I completed my 10th session and so far I’m loving how I feel!!

The best part is the people, from the Coaches to the other participants everyone is motivating and encouraging. This is not your normal gym, this is a place to get things done. i highly recommended F45 who is wanting to change themselves.

Fantastic experience: It's an awesome gym, the installations are great, the equipment is all branded and there are lots of different weights for every one that's present. Also the coaches are super good, they call you by your name, they correct your exercises and it shows that they enjoy being there! ❤

Fantastic experience: I’ve been using the F45 trial membership for the last two weeks and I absolutely love it! The F45 classes create the perfect socially supportive environment that encourages you to keep working on your fitness goals. Everyone in the class works at their own pace based on their abilities so it’s great to see people of different fitness levels being challenged as they improve.. I have worked the most with Patrick who provides “options for success” to help people modify individual exercises based on their fitness abilities. There are multiple personal trainers available in each class to help you move through exercises with the appropriate movement and form. The trainers help you to achieve the targeted cardio or resistance training goal while also reducing the chances for injury. My body felt stronger after just one class. I have noticed that my joints are moving better and there is less stiffness. I am doing better with other body movements after only five classes. The routines are fun and challenging and there is great music playing in the background which keeps you pumped to get through all the sets. Having said all of this…you wanna to know my favorite part? IT ONLY LAST FOR 45 MINUTES!!! LOL

Fantastic experience: I love F45. All of the trainers/employees are wonderful. They help you and remember who you are. If a workout is too hard for you to due, the trainers will modify the workout for you. I enjoy the energy and the workout. I get excited and want to go workout everyday. I'm glad I found something that works for me.

The coaches are very talented and educated. The workouts are challenging but fun. I highly recommend! If you’re looking for a great workout and dope environment this is the place for you to be!

Fantastic experience: I joined a little over a month ago. I must say I LOVE IT! I love that the coaches are all super nice and motivating! Everyone who works there is very welcoming! When you feel like you need a break and need to stop in your workout they jump in the workout with you and push you!! They even had a live dj on Saturday! That was such a nice surprise!!
