Fantastic experience: Was in town visiting family and needed a gym to keep up with my routine. Got a day pass for $12, staff was super friendly, and the members showed me around the place and answered questions for me. If I was a local, this would be my gym. Large facility with tons of equipment, clean, and has a sauna.

Fantastic experience: I joined in December of 2021 I have watched them work hard with the remodel. They have awesome classes, new equipment with turf. Trainers are all friendly, the environment is great and safe. No judgement which is huge for someone coming in that may feel insure like I did before coming in. I now want to be there everyday! I would recommend joining and definitely ask about the classes they have to offer. The owners are great people.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been a member of Flathead for about two months and it’s an absolutely fantastic Gym. Always super clean plenty of available machines clean bathrooms showers and sauna. Some of the machines are state of the art and others are older but still super super functional. Also the owner is super cool.Highly recommend this gym

Fantastic experience: It felt so good to be back. I was so comfortable because I had the choice to not wear a mask yayyy because I do not like to be forced to do things I dont want to do. I had a great workout and there were some new machine's that I can use because they are like other machines? That are my speed. which is slow. It has been months since I have been. to the gym and it's for my left knee.

Fantastic experience: My wife and I have been going for about 5 months. Happy with staff, equipment and classes. Medicare covers ours gym visits (Silver and Fit). Have gone from barely able to do a couple painful pull-ups to doing multiple sets of 10. That has allowed this geezer to once again enjoy kayaking class 4 whitewater and surf kayak 10 foot ocean waves with renewed confidence. Anyway, Flathead Health and Fitness has everything my wife and i need.

Fantastic experience: Always accommodating. Always kind. I never feel like the fat kid that just walked into the room. This is the first gym I’ve been able to walk into without stares because I’m not in perfect shape. The staff is never condescending and always willing to help or show how to use equipment. I’ve even learned some new things about my body type and how certain exercises/machines will help me. There are smiles everywhere. I love that it is open 24 hours and the classes are included in the price. If you want a friendly gym and knowledgeable staff, this is your place. It’s the best gym in the valley and the best price. I’m amazed at all they are able to provide.

Fantastic experience: Went here while visiting from out of town. Clean facility, bigger than it appears from outside. $10 for a day pass. They provide sweat towels for no additional cost. Has everything you could need for a great workout and very helpful staff. They are open 24 hours for members but they were open for guests on thanksgiving so I bet there's someone there just about everyday for those of us who don't live here.

Fantastic experience: Honestly picked this place to stay away from the grunts and ogres. Can't have a bunch of meat heads hogging all the equipment ya know. Either way, I actually and truly like this place. I go 5 days a week and all guest are very friendly. The staff is friendly and they have the best lol day care center. This place has everything I need, just wish the dumbbells went to 150s rather than stop at 120s. Dumb complaint but for me that is literally the only thing I could gripe about....everything else is solid. Take a gander and trial, it's a decently located gem that is lightly populated.

Fantastic experience: Recently I contacted flathead health and fitness to help me obtain my goals with my health journey. All the staff has been great and super supportive. Tim has been extremely helpful and teaching me how to succeed. I love the gym and the vibe you feel the minute you walk through the door. I have never felt this encouraged by a gym before ever! The staff is useful , the facility is clean and meets all my needs, and the classes are amazing. I'm excited to be on this journey with fhf! Love this gym! I can't imagine taking this journey without this gym!

Fantastic experience: Flathead Health & Fitness is more than just a gym to me, it is my second family. Everyone there is friendly and the staff themselves work to new levels setting the bar high for others to achieve their goals. Recently they added heart rate training classes and also heart rate training g throughout the gym. Since using this feature my training has gone to another level. The cardio machines have all been updated! The variety of classes builds a well rounded routine for training!

Fantastic experience: Except for the creepy guys that just hang out and don't excercise (bar next door if socializing is your thing) This is a good place to workout... Can't hold the establishment accountable for the lurkers but a day pass is 10 bucks. Dressing rooms cardio, yoga, saunas, free coffee they got you covered and even lend an ear if you got fitness questions. Pricey but I highly recommend this place.

Fantastic experience: My favorite gym in the valley. I've been to several gyms in Ballard Seattle and always miss this one. Flathead fitness has what I need for my weight lifting routine. Made some good friends here too, and often see locals around here (ok it's a tiny town). Multiple skwat racks, 2.5lb increments on the Dumbbells, great machines for back exercises, leg press and hack squat, and beautiful ladies (and ripped men too if that's your thing). They just upgraded the treadmills and I love them. Good classes for those who want an instructor to push themselves. Even a physical therapy presence with doctors who can help you rehabilitate.

Fantastic experience: I've been to a few other gyms and they just don't compare to this one. It's an excellent price and the service you receive with it is great. Not to mention its 24hrs a day and it's not packed with body builders that make you feel intimidated. If you want an excellent gym with nice people and no intimidating people, you've found it!
