Fantastic experience: Plenty of equipment to get in a great workout. Its location is off the beaten path but well.worth the day pass rate of $10. The staff is very friendly. Plenty of free weights and machines.

Fantastic experience: Best gym in the area. Has something for everyone and doesn't discriminate against bodybuilders or powerlifters. Also doesnt require you to oil the machine yourself like other places, or to find another gym because you ask a worker to oil the equipment since it is there job. Equipment always up to par. Highly recommend and will continue to come after I move.

Fantastic experience: Great gym. Great equipment. Old school, just how I like it. Its certainly not a panzy gym like planet fitness Really hope they bring back a boxing program. Would love to train with a trainer again and spar.

Fantastic experience: This gym is what I think about when I think of the perfect gym. It starts with the excellent staff and comfortable atmosphere then quickly moved to the awesome energy and knowledge that you get from the staff and trainer here, they are eager to help and will to take time with you. Excellent equipment and has something for everyone. I highly recommend this gym!
