Fantastic experience: If you are new to the gym, I would highly recommend buying sessions from Trevor Brumbaugh! I had no clue what I was doing when I started. My fitness goal was to become stronger and lose weight. I started at 154 lbs, and I am now 140 lbs and continuing. Trevor is extremely welcoming, friendly, and accommodating! To be honest, I could barely bench 20 lbs when I started, was using 3-5lb dumbbells, and struggled on the lowest weight on the machines. Trevor never made me feel embarrassed and encouraged me throughout the entire process. I am still in the beginning stages of my journey, but I can now bench 50 lbs, use 10lb dumbbells, and put weight on the machines. Without Trevor's help, I would be nowhere near where I am now! He has shown me how to use all the machines, and he helped me perform proper form of the exercises. He also helped me figure out the best nutrition plan that works for me. When he says "ALL FITNESS LEVELS AND GOALS WELCOME," he means it! He will help you with whatever your fitness goal may be! My quality of life is much better thanks to joining this gym. I am so glad I made the choice to go, and I am happy that I chose Trevor to help me along the way!!!

Fantastic experience: This place is like a second home to me and is hands down the greatest gym I've ever been to. Tons of free weights, tons of machines and they are always introducing new equipment all the time. The atmosphere is like no other and you are bound to have an amazing lift.

Fantastic experience: One of the best privately owned gyms I have been to. Very clean, lots of machines, basketball court, and free weights. The downstairs has spin bikes and more weights! 24 hour key card access. The owners are wonderful people!

Fantastic experience: Me and my fiancé were in town for the weekend visiting family and stubbled on this gym. WOW! I wish we had something like this at home! The owner was super nice, the equipment was top of the line and plenty of workout space. Will definitely be back again next time we visit!

Fantastic experience: I love this gym! They have multiple specialty classes for all levels, days, and times of the week. They are always updating the gym equipment to what the members need and want. I personally enjoy the Spin classes,and they are always packed due to high demand! Sunday Funday!! The owners are hands on, present, and they make the gym experience worth every penny. Signing up is super easy with their app or stopping by the Gym. You need to check them out!

Fantastic experience: I attended yoga this morning with Katie Bender!! I take her weight lifting class throughout the week. Fabulous workout! This was the first time I attended her yoga class. What an awesome class and even more so, an AWESOME instructor! We had a great group this morning and I'm definitely looking forward to the next one. This is truly a top notch facility close to home : )

The atmosphere there is very welcoming whether it's your first time or you've been working out for years. It's locally owned and they are very knowledgeable. If you're looking to better yourself, you won't get better than the High Street Body Shop.

Fantastic experience: I teach spin and some other small classes at this gym.. I have to say.. top notch! The equipment is state of the art.. brand new!! The spin bikes are amazing.. the best I’ve ever been on. The seats are comfortable.. they adjust to fit any body type.. even us short people and the software that is on them.. pushes you to your maximum potential.. without really even knowing. AMAZING!! The gym is fresh.. clean and everyone is so friendly. The personal trainers are educated and are always there working out beside you and are willing to give pointers to maximize your workout. It’s so fun and family friendly!! It doesn’t matter your age or body type.. beginners to the elite.. all are welcomed!! All of the trainers or instructors are knowledgeable in their area and have a love for fitness and it shows by the quality of the class they produce. The owners are very accommodating, friendly and are always taking suggestions to make it better!! There is something for everyone here. Huge variety... would give 10 stars if I could. Ebensburg is blessed to have this gym!!!

They offer a variety of classes... spinning, boxing, yoga, insanity, PX90 and more. A great gym with great prices. Ebensburg is lucky to have High Street Body Shop!

Fantastic experience: The perfect gym for all levels of fitness. The classes are awesome and so many to choose from The instructor are great! I have knees issues and they always modify to make sure that I'm able to do each exercise. The equipment is top of the line. I enjoy going and working out. If your looking to feel better and get into shape this gym is a must!!!
