Fantastic experience: Great gym, my husband and I joined after covid to get back In shape. We have been members there for 3 months 6 days a week and will continue to go! They have great equipment and lots of free weights. Everyone there is very nice and respectful of others!

Fantastic experience: I was here on a medical rotation and the owner was absolutely fantastic to work with! She waived the initial membership fee knowing I was only going to be there for 6 weeks and even gave me a student discount. The equipment is all in excellent shape and they had everything that I needed. Bumper plates and a platform for olympic lifts and deadlifting, squat racks, dedicated bench racks for benching, aerobic risers to do hip thrusts from (the biggest headache to set up at any gym I go to), a 45 degree hyper, and a well equipped cable machine. The members respected the space and put the equipment back to its proper place, so you never had to hunt for stuff. It may not be the biggest gym, but it's definitely one of the best gyms I've ever been to!
