Fantastic experience: The trampoline class is definitely my favorite!!!

Fantastic experience: This is one of my fav studios in Jersey City. Seriously, it's a hidden gem!! Ever since I visited the studio, I felt my body is more in shape and muscles are more toned. Enjoyed very much with the mix of cardio and strength training. A nice full workout to treat your body after sitting all day in front of the computer :)

Fantastic experience: 10/10! While Natasha’s workouts are quite challenging you will see results very quickly. Changes in your body of course, but also being able to improve on and eventually master her moves is the best motivation and will keep you waiting to go back! Very challenging, but we’ll worth it. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: This class will make you sweat and next day you will definitely feel that your muscles worked! The class is very well structured and easy to follow. Highly recommend to anyone who wants to try something new!
