Fantastic experience: Wildly Fit and its community of members are a testament to the keen expert direction of its founder, Nikkie. I have been attending classes for the better part of the last year and every class continues to be different, fun, and has lead to measurable gains in my parkour practice. I have come to expect the high level of consideration that goes into every class workout and skill session as well as a high caliber of coaching supervision- this is the routine standard Nikkie maintains. I have been to classes with a dozen other members and have had the privilege of one-on-one sessions and both have been incredibly rewarding. In fact, these sessions led me to pilot Nikkie's jump training program. Nikkie took the time to consider my goals (improve horizontal and vertical jump distance) and she developed a 4-week workout incorporating evidence-based programming from other sports such as track and field. What resulted was a mix of plyometric strength training and bodyweight work that never got boring or monotonous and one that gave me a whole new sense of stability and technique that I had lacked. I would say that I'm surprised that even in a pandemic, my vertical box jump improved almost 6" and horizontal jump improved 5", but I can't- this is the result of Nikkie's usual high-quality coaching. I came to Wildly Fit with the intention of polishing some basic parkour vaults so I could practice on my own, but I've gotten so much more than that. These classes have helped me incorporate parkour into my fitness repertoire in the way I've always wanted and I'm far closer to the fitness goals I set for myself because of it. Although I had some experience dabbling with parkour before, by no means do you need any to attend. If you're even on this page reviewing Wildly Fit and you're on the fence- go for it. You don't know what you're missing!

Fantastic experience: Where to begin? this workout is by far the best workout I ever experienced! No matter what level you are Nikkie helps you build up your strength, mobility and parkour skills. My favorite skills are the vault jumps! You will be able to reconcile with your body and learn to know your limits in order to know what to work on. The session is fun and you get to meet amazing people. Expect that some of the exercices will be done at your own pace and some others to be challenged by your peers. If you live in the area, you should definitely give it a try!

Fantastic experience: I’m a coach and business owner and have had the pleasure of attending several workshops with Nikkie of Wildly Fit during national conferences in my field. Each time she has shared new coaching ideas that are effective, entertaining and inclusive for not only me but my clients as well. Her activities are great for teambuilding and leadership training. Fantastic experience: Fantastic experience! Nikkie put together a great customized program for our team based on our different levels and abilities. Our collective strengths were required to compete effectively. And best of all... she partnered with a local community center so we could also volunteer at their annual family event! Highly recommend Nikkie and a Wildly Fit for your corporate team building event!!

Fantastic experience: Challenging and fun! Each lesson is an invitation to rediscover the sense of play we may have lost as children while gaining a new understanding of what our adult bodies are truly capable of. A Wildly Fit class is never boring. Go for strength, learn flexibility, or build friendships with other like-minded individuals. What are you waiting for? GO WILD!

Fantastic experience: I have been going for these classes for over a year now and every time I feel they plan it so differently & there is always pleasant surprise. I recommend these classes to everyone, they are fun and challenging, you never get bore. You can also track your past performance.

Fantastic experience: Nikkie's classes have completely changed the way I think about movement and what it means to be fit. She teaches us how to move in diverse ways, through varied terrain/environments, and how to do so efficiently, and safely. From seemingly basic transformational moves like the diagonal stretch, to complex & cool things like how to run and jump over a tall wall in seconds, I have learned SO MUCH! She's incredibly knowledgeable about the body and she connects her knowledge to the moves we practice in class: exercises that strengthen the arches to improve flat feet; how to improve the strength and flexibility of your joints (and eliminate pain); the way your daily movements affect your body's alignment. I am now so much more in tune with the way my body moves and functions, and my own potential has been unlocked! Intimately knowing my range of motion and my strengths is empowering! I'm now extremely confident in the capabilities of my body, and my appreciation for my body has deepened. There's a huge mental component also: noticing our stress response, learning what triggers our fear, what fears are logical/not... all of this increases our self-awareness which helps us conquer challenges of all types (not just parkour!) Nikkie's also incredibly kind, funny, spunky & classes are FUN! We'll play fun games, try out cool moves, encourage and inspire each other - with some healthy competition too!

Fantastic experience: If you're looking to improve your health and explore what your body can do, Wildly Fit is the one to try. Nikkie had such a fun set up at the JC Fitness Fair - I got to work on my balance negotiation and hanging skills - what a fun and creative way to deliver fitness. Upon meeting and working with Nikkie, she is truly passionate about her movement craft, focused not only on improving her own, but also using what works to help people improve their overall health in an engaging way.

Fantastic experience: I was very impressed by the Mobility & Agility class (I did a fitness assessment at the gym and found that my hips were too tight and that I was less flexible on one side, so I wanted to fix that). The instructor, Nikkie, incorporates games, challenges, and obstacles to kind of gamify exercising and really made the hour go by fast. What really surprised me was how supportive my classmates were - they gave me great feedback and encouragement to get the postures and motions right. I didn't expect to find such a warm, welcoming, supportive group - it made the challenging class a lot less daunting. The studio was also pretty easy to find, very close to the Grove Street PATH.

Fantastic experience: Wildly fit is one of the best things that happened to me since i went back to training. I was looking for a class that would allow me to get back into shape steadily and gradually and this class was more than i could ask for !! The class atmosphere gave me the motivation to push my limits and really come up to speed. Nikkie is super focused on correct motion and always corrects me when i run wrong or jump wrong, and that helped improve my technique and strength so much! I am very thankful and would recommend anyone to join this class!

Fantastic experience: Awesome class! I go to a gymnastics gym usually and a friend told me about Wildly Fit so I tried it. I didn't think it would be a challenge for me but it was. All the motions are unique and you really feel a workout. The time in class flew by cause the games and challenges make a it fun. Can't wait to go again to see if I can improve.

Fantastic experience: Nikkie is hands down the best trainer that I have ever worked with. She’s attentive to your goals, extremely organized (she even printed a detailed plan for ever session), and highly talented. She carefully describes complex movements in a way that makes them accessible, and helps you to find your ability to accomplish anything. She finds a way to make every session fun!! I highly recommend her to anyone looking to improve their fitness, movement, or just plain have fun!

Fantastic experience: I don't like working out. It's true. It's hard to motivate myself and I have the attention span of a housefly, so I get bored easily. I've been consistently going to Nikkie's Wildly Fit classes since just a short while after she started having them in Jersey City last year. Nikkie has been steadily increasing the kinds of classes she provides, from natural, full-body movement to actual Parkour skills. There is no such thing as muscle stack isolation here, so many parts of me are worked in every class. Before starting with Wildly Fit, I thought I was a fairly flexible guy, able to stretch further than many of friends. When I first started going, what surprised most was just how limited certain joints were, as I'd never really used them much, e.g., ankles, shoulders, rotators. These classes are fun, a lot of fun, the people I've gotten to know through these classes, and indeed Nikkie herself, are genuinely funny and the spend quite a bit of time laughing as well (Nikkie has started saying laughing is good for the abs). BUT, you will work you butt off, or rather, build a more toned one. Every class is different, and there is a different focus in each one, with reinforcement of prior learned movements peppered in every few classes. The parkour courses are also amazing. I've been able to learn how to do a good number of skills I'd always wanted to learn, but didn't know how to scale up from zero. I'm not just getting a really good cardio workout, and I'm not just building strength, I'm learning something I can use outside. I highly recommend Wildly Fit. There's enough variety for all levels, zero judgment, and enough real work to satisfy the workout fiends. You owe it to yourself to at least give a few classes a shot.

Fantastic experience: Best workout ever! I've been attending the Tuesday and Thursday classes for a year now and even though I don't like working out or getting sweaty, I absolutely love this class, where I do both. I would recommend it for anyone from a total fitness beginner to an advanced athlete. It feels really fun and creative - just like being a kindergartener playing at recess - but when you wake up the next morning you realize how much you actually worked your body. You increase your range of motion, strengthen your core and joints and even build up your dexterity in unexpected ways by doing things like walking like a cat, squatting while balancing on a plank, and even building Jenga towers with your toes. Nikkie, the instructor, is the the right amount of encouraging and enthusiastic and will always give variations on an exercise if you're not quite there yet, while still pushing you to go harder than you thought you ever could. I can definitely feel the difference in my overall fitness during the week if I do or don't go. One year later, Nikkie has completely changed the way I stand from correcting my turned out feet, which has eliminated the hip pain I used to get after an hour of walking. I've lost fat, gotten much stronger, have more energy, can do a real pushup, and actually have hope that I might be able to do a pull-up someday. And best of all, I've seen real results in my sport (figure skating) because of this class. Even my coaches there have commented on it! Wildly Fit is the best fitness class in the tri-state area and I will go for as long as it's offered.

Fantastic experience: Working in front of a computer all day was slowly turning my body into some sort of calcified tree. Nikkie's class cracks off the bark and makes me feel like a young sapling all over again. But unlike the typical pain-and-gain bootcamp class, Wildly Fit is FUN. Every week Nikkie challenges us with new movements and games. When we were kids in the playground we'd challenge ourselves to balance and climb on anything around us. Wildly Fit lets me relive that every Tuesday night.
