Fantastic experience: I joined JCFit few months ago and it was indeed one of the best decision of my life. The trainers are very thorough with the skill and knowledge. They would encourage, shout, push you to reach and then surpass your limits. The classes have such good energy and the trainers would help the newbie get accustomed to the class/CrossFit culture smoothly. Definitely worth giving a shot, I am sure you will like it.

Fantastic experience: My husband had some squat issues which he couldn't do well at the beginning, we asked for a professional trainer to help him with that. The trainer Jan Dayleg is wonderful! He taught my husband very helpful stretches and explained things very clearly. He also set up daily exercise plans for him after class to make him improve very fast! He is very professional and knowledgeable! We appreciate his help a lot! He is definitely recommended!
