Optimus Health Center/ Physical therapy and Fitness Center

Fantastic experience: This is the best place to go to get Physical Therapy. The staff and therapists are the friendliest group people and willing to help in any way they can. The facility is very clean and they have all the exercise equipment you will ever need.

Fantastic experience: My son had knee surgery and did his physical therapy here. I would never go anywhere else. The people are awesome and truly care. We worked with a physical therapist/ personal trainer to get my son where he needed to be. They have become his gym family. While he's finally been cleared by the doctors, he plans on continuing his fitness journey with Optimus for years to come. I really can't say enough nice things. They're awesome.

Fantastic experience: It’s always a delight as soon as you walk into the building. The staff is always so helpful, things are always so neat and orderly. The owners are two of the kindest people you will meet. The bathrooms here are spotless and smell so good. The gym equipment is some of the nicest equipment I’ve worked out on, and they always update equipment when recommended. They also always have merchandise you can buy, the T-shirts are very affordable. This is the best Physical Therapy/Gym I’ve personally ever been to. I’d recommend it to anyone.

Fantastic experience: Can't say enough about the caring staff from the front desk to physical therapy room. I had surgery on a torn ligament and after a couple months of therapy twice a week I'm pain free. Everyone in physical therapy room is so friendly and extremely helpful.

Fantastic experience: I began treatment on September 2nd at Optimus Physical Therapy. I had complete knee replacement two years ago. Since the surgery, I have been struggling to even walk. Dr. Mila Pacia saw me the first day and noticed my kneecap had not been moving. After she used the Myofascial Manipulation on my knee that day I was able to walk with no pain. I am continuing with PT to further strengthen my legs and have successfully been able to exercise ad lift weights as part of my treatment.

Fantastic experience: I am Home! Two years of attempting to find a solution to be able to walk after an accident... 3 sessions with Mila Pacia PT DPT and her Myofascial manipulation technic and the shock wave.. I was actually walking better!

Fantastic experience: I’m a Silver Sneaker member, I love using the gym equipment and machines. The Nustep is my favorite and always makes me feel better when I use it, it helps me with my arthritis. The machines are clean and easy to use and they have staff members that are willing to help at all times if I need it.

After therapy, I now enjoy their silver sneaker classes and joined the gym so I can use the pool at my leisure. All of the staff are very friendly and will do everything they can to help you. Price of membership is very affordable and much better than most other gyms.

Fantastic experience: Optimus Health surpassed my expectations. Very thorough at communicating with me what needs to be done to help my knee to get better. I went from a 55 degree range when I started to full range when I was finished. I went twice a week for 8 weeks I highly recommend going here. This is my third issue they have helped me with. Fantastic experience: What a Blessing. Before I took therapy, I was having lower back pain daily. Some days I was not able to do anything because of the pain. When I first began therapy, I would be asked where the pain was located and I always had pain. After taking therapy, when I was asked the same question, where is the pain. I was able to answer, there is no pain. The staff is great without exception. They are genuinely concerned about your well being. In addition to being relieved of the pain, I was impressed that they began almost immediately to give me back exercises to strengthen my back to prevent future pain. I highly recommend the Optimus Health Center Staff and Facility.

Fantastic experience: Optimus has Therapists that really care about you, that interact with you and answer any questions that you might have. I have never been to a PT Center that focuses on you and your needs, like they do . I highly recommend Optimus. I can not list all of their attributes, because there are so many.
