Fantastic experience: Love the place & people who work there & guys that come to work out. Andrea is always very friendly (love her :) Equipment is orderly placed and kept up. They have separate room for classes and fitness on demand. By far best neighborhood gym in the area.

Fantastic experience: The young lady that works the front desk is amazing. She is always so helpful and I can almost guarantee that she will have a smile or a kind word when I walk in the door. She sometimes has fresh fruit out for the guests and it's what sets this gym apart from other gyms in the area and gives it a personal feel. I love the entire staff here.
