Fantastic experience: I absolutely love this gym the guys that runs the place is a super cool dude always puts his customers first I’ve been to a couple of gyms but this one is by far my favorite I’ve ever been too no judgement at all in there everybody is super helpful always clean nice showers and a sauna!! Just a super good deal if you are looking for a 24/7 gym in Buchanan county!

Fantastic experience: As a truck driver, it is hard to stay healthy and fit. I was ecstatic to see this gym nearby. The staff was accommodating and friendly. He gave me a gym tour and wanted to know what I wanted to work on for fitness training. My workout was great! Spotless, friendly staff and good atmosphere.

Fantastic experience: As a physical therapist and strength & conditioning specialist, I'm pretty picky when it comes to gyms. With that being said, I've been nothing short than impressed with Iowa Strength and the vast variety of free weights, cables, barbells, lifting platforms, cardio equipment, ect... Not only that, but all equipment is high quality. The gym is always spotless and super clean too which isn't very common for most gyms. They also have a large variety supplements available on site. Lastly, can't say enough about the knowledgeable staff and the owner, Chris. Truly a one stop shop and definitely worth the drive from Waterloo or Cedar Falls. Can't recommend enough!

Fantastic experience: Iowa Strength is definitely one of the best gyms around. They have the equipment to fit everyone's needs. Cardio room with treadmills, bands, free weights, benches, squat racks, deadlift platform and so much more. The staff is amazing and the Iowa Strength store has lots of clothing and supplements: preworkout, proteins, aminos, etc. Highly recommend this place!

Fantastic experience: I was invited to Iowa Strength to check out their gym. The staff was very friendly & helpful. Awesome pro shop, great equipment & excellent atmosphere! I even set a dead lift PR during this visit. ;) If I lived in the area, I would definitely be a member. Highly recommended!
