Fantastic experience: Omg! In town visiting family, so I came here to visit my old trainer Alex and I had no idea how much I missed his “Beastmode” type training until my shins and just about everything on body started pouring sweat.

Exel Performance is a touch notch facility and I enjoy every minute I spend there. The clients are great, motivational and fun to workout with. They even have the extra personal touch of peppermint scented chilled towels to relax with after a workout. Highly recommended!
