Fantastic experience: Travelling across the country in a camper van, called to see if we could access the club for the shower facilities and not only did the lovely young lady allow it, she didn't charge us!! Cheers! From a couple of happy, and clean Aussies.

Fantastic experience: Awesome place to workout, steam, sauna, showers, free weights, Nautilus equipment, lots of treadmills, excersize bikes, and elliptical machines. The lap pool is a plus as well as is the hot tub. The owners are very knowledgeable and approachable. The best part is there is no contract to sign.

Fantastic experience: There is no gym around that can equal this one. The owners are wonderful people who genuinely want you to succeed. It doesn't happen to be near either my home or my work but I wouldn't switch to another gym for anything. It's so worth it!

Fantastic experience: Amador county's first and still biggest independent fitness center. No contracts, great price considering what you get. Sauna, steam, heated pool, hot tub, and tons of weights and machines. They even have these really fun virtual bike racing machines.
