Fantastic experience: Positive: Communication , Professionalism , Quality JAG Fitness is a place where you can workout, whether you're at day 1 or 1,000 and still get the same welcome. The coaches are extremely knowledgeable and passionate. Their facility is clean, safe and most importantly friendly. I highly recommend both AD and Maria at JAG Fitness when trying to find a perfect place for you.

Fantastic experience: JAG Fitness helped me to find myself again! As a full time working mother with two little ones, I had a hard time finding the time and motivation to take care of myself. Maria and Ang supported me and modified workouts for me so that I was able to lose weight and find my fitness level almost back to where it was before I had my children. I train with them as much as possible and their outdoor workouts are the perfect level of difficulty for where I am at this point in time. I would recommend them to anyone at any fitness level.
