Fantastic experience: This is a really nice garage gym. I've been doing the 6am class and Natalie can really make the time worth it with intensity. I LOVE the results I'm seeing. We do cardio and toning and stretching and all in a variety of styles. You should come!

Fantastic experience: I freaking love this place! The instructor pays attention to detail and makes sure that the kids are having fun! She has tons of energy, which in my books, is important. She can keep the kids at pace and give them material they remember. She also has Adult classes that are amazing. You definitely get that "feel good sore" after your workout. All her prices cant be beat! If your not sure, come check it out! So worth your time and its affordable!
