Fantastic experience: We had a great time. Lots of room for everyone. A separate area for young children. Would recommend!

Fantastic experience: My son does classes here and we love it. He can be a little anxious but the coaches are all great about bringing out his confidence. I've seen him improve so much in just a few months. Even when he does free play a coach will often walk up to encourage or get him to go a little bigger.

Fantastic experience: Very fun park, I had an amazing time for the hour I was there. I did new tricks for me since I’m more of a flipper. Also great ninja warrior course.

Fantastic experience: We went on a whim and had an absolute blast. It was busy when we went but there were a lot of obstacles still open for use. We took our 3 year old and she had a blast on the trampoline and jumping in to the foam pit. We definitely will be going again!

Fantastic experience: Was in town with the family for the St. George Marathon and decided to visit Grip Fitness to see how their gym compared to other obstacle gyms around the country. Their hourly rate was reasonable and the check-in process was a breeze. We were impressed by the size and the number of obstacles available and were glad to see it being used by a wide variety. The gym is new and well-maintained. We'll be back!

Fantastic experience: I took a class at the Washington location and I was very impressed art all the work they have done to help people achieve their goals. I have also been impressed with the green valley location and all that they have for you to do there. I have also been amazed by the staff and how welcoming and helpful they!

Fantastic experience: My son got a bad bonk on his lip. The staff was super helpful. They got him some ice, and when that wasn't enough, an ice cream cone.

Fantastic experience: We were visiting from out of town and decided to give Grip Fitness a try. We loved it!! The employees were so friendly (and buff), there were so many challenges to explore, and my son did his first ever triple flip on a trampoline into the foam pit (see the video below). My teenage children had so much fun that we decided to go back again before we left town. This time I paid to participate. I really enjoyed the basketball hoop they have there.

Fantastic experience: Excellent indoor experience to escape the heat and engage all ages in physical fitness. Even my youngest, age 4, found plenty to challenge him and stay involved.

Fantastic experience: this place is amazing, i go here all the time with my cousin and it is a blast, our favorite thing is the mega tramp, it is super bouncy, they are really nice and honestly it is just a great place to go to 100% recommend it.

Fantastic experience: We stayed in St George on our trip to the Bryce Canyon National Park and Zion National Park. One hour, or more, of your day off could be spent here and you can have Ninja experience we spent $10 per h per person.

Fantastic experience: My 10 yo granddaughter had her birthday party here, it was a great party. The kids had the greatest time, with so many options. My 4 yo had the small foam pit, the older kids loved the trampoline jump into the big foam pit. It was expensive, considering you provide all food, drinks & cake. There is a private room decorated for food and presents

Fantastic experience: Very cool place to take your kids! You must have shoes or socks to play, they have socks to purchase for $2 if you don’t have some. The music was upbeat and the staff was friendly. I had no access issues with my service dog which was a huge plus!

Fantastic experience: During open gym time it is a great place to take the kids and let them get their energy out. Reasonably priced for those who want to buy a monthly pass. For out of town guests it is an hourly rate.

Fantastic experience: This was the first time I have brought my kiddos to this location and it is so fun! There are an array of different obstacles to choose from and it challenges your kids (or yourself) to attempt something new. It's a great way to get the wiggles out of your kiddos, and also a great workout for adults! Highly recommend! It is also clean and there is plenty of space for a group or birthday party.

Fantastic experience: This place is fantastic. We typically go to the Washington location but due to a holiday closure made the extra 20 min drive to this one. It was worth the drive as it is larger and has quite a bit more to it. What I like most are the sections for small kids moving up to adults. It actually has space for little kids to enjoy the equipment which isn’t quite the case in Washington. Both locations are great, but this facility is a step better.

Fantastic experience: The Grip has very capable and friendly instructors. My boy loves coming here at least once a week. We’ve had him in a regular class for about a year now. It’s only about $60/month for a class a week. He likes to think he’s training to be a professional play-grounder, but the kids and adults who work and train here actually compete in American Ninja type of events in Las Vegas and beyond. My son has really come a long way since beginning, doing really hard stuff now. The instructors are very patient and only push them as much as the kids can handle. It’s all fun & games though.. they’re receiving top tier coaching but he feels like he’s just hanging out with his friends and doing cool stuff. It’s really close to another one of my boy’s favorite places, the House of Jump. The graffiti art on the walls is great, we love the whole culture they promote here.

Fantastic experience: I rate it a 5 star because there is so many things to do and it really fun. When I got there I thought it would be really boring but after playing for a few minutes it became really fun. There is a lot of stuff to do. Its like its a ninja training place.

Fantastic experience: We drove up from Las Vegas for a UNAA area qualifier here, and all I can say is wow! The whole building is being renovated into a really awesome spot! This gym is downstairs, and it is huge! They have so much to do, amazing art on the walls, super friendly staff, and a great atmosphere. I wish you guys the best of luck, and we will be back for more events!

Fantastic experience: Took my kids and cousins here and we all had a blast! It was such a hit, we went 2 days in a row. I love that the entire floor is padded. It spacious, a variety of things to do. The kids got sweaty and worn out and it was perfect. It was also extra clean! Highly recommend. We will go back time and time again every time we visit St. George.

Fantastic experience: This place is amazing for the you and young at heart! They have everything you can think of and everyone we went with had a blast. Everything is very clean and doesn't have that kids have been running around sweaty gym smell. Bathrooms were clean. Staff was amazing made sign in very easy. Heidi was walking the floor and was very encouraging to everyone and helped us learn how to do it all.
