Fantastic experience: VERY friendly, great for any age, any weight, any shape. They will work one on one with you and make you feel comfortable as they beat the dog out of you. Then when your done dying they brush you off and invite you to come back.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely impressed! If you are looking for a functional fitness gym to get "plugged into," THIS is the place. I signed up for an online competition last-minute and without going into all the details, Fundamental HQ (totally not related/affiliated with the competition I signed up for) delivered everything I needed to compete! The owner went out of his way to help me understand the rules, help me set up the equipment and even coached/and motivated me throughout the workout. I've been to a lot of boxes and gyms all over the nation and I know an extraordinary coach when I meet one. The attention to detail and interest in a complete stranger's success demonstrates the attributes NECESSARY to be an amazing coach, as well as operate an effective and welcoming Gym. Whether you're new to the area, jumping into a New Year's resolution, or simply looking to get "plugged into" an awesome gym with coaches that know what they're doing and CARE about their members, I guarantee you need not look any further than Fundamental HQ.

Fantastic experience: The owners of this gym are, kind, helpful, honest, educated, understanding and all around genuine good people! Their gym atmosphere is fun and perfect for me and my twins! I’m able to bring my twins with me and they get to play with the other kids and sometimes workout right along side me! It’s a win, win for all! My twins ask almost daily to go to “Kaea’s house” aka Fundamental HQ! This gym has everything I needed and more! If you’re looking for a gym or a trainer with these characteristics, accommodations and an all around inclusive atmosphere, this is the perfect gym! We love the Forrester’s!!

Fantastic experience: This is the best gym ever! Ray, Cara, Musto and Whitney are amazing coaches. They really care about teaching proper form and technique, and helping you reach your goals; while at the same time understanding where each person is at in their skill level. I have seen an incredible transformation in my body so far since going, and I have them to thank for it. They sincerely care about the people that are a part of the gym, I can't even express how they are helping me along my journey of personal wellness. :) On a another note, the other people that attend the gym for classes are welcoming and encouraging. I have formed so many great friendships with like minded, kind people....and I have really enjoyed creating those relationships. Thanks guys XOXO

Fantastic experience: In 2018 at the age of 68 I walked into the gym and met Ray and Cara Forrester. They were so welcoming and supportive I started and going going five days a week. The transformation of my body, both physically and mentally, has been remarkable. This is more than just a gym. It is a community of people working towards improving themselves and the St George community. In addition to the gym classes the Forrester’s support local organizations through fundraisers held at the gym The gym by the members. The motto of the gym speaks for itself. “Grit, Grow, and Give “. Fantastic experience: Immediately welcomed by outgoing coaches and energetic owner Cara. The three coaches were friendly and had positive energy and vibes, they weren’t intimidating or too serious. Coach Musto (for the WOD) was thoroughly instructive verbally and physically as well as explaining “whys.” He also gave encouragement during the WOD. WOD was programmed great (was worried it’d be too simple like you see sometimes varying from box to box.) Feel and energy of box, owners, coaches and participants is uplifting, inviting, encouraging has a great family vibe of inclusiveness and unity. Felt like when you taste something great and want more people to know about it and experience it. Excellent and not your typical xfit box.

Fantastic experience: If this was yelp I’d give this a “10 out of 10 would recommend to a friend!” I personally resisted cross fit for years, largely due to the stereotypes that can come with it. I even went as far as joining a cross fit challenge through a gym and still chose to workout by myself to prove I didn’t need cross fit. Well... turns out I joined. This gym shattered my fears and has helped me create a better version of myself. The supportive community helps to keep you accountable, feel supported, and they celebrate you for your growth and hard work. I’ve checked most of the boxes since joining: lost weight, gained strength, crushed new PR’s, etc. This is the first time however I can say that I’ve added a healthier and happier version of myself to that list. Thank you for helping me see my potential!
