The Fitness Union

Fantastic experience: The day Kevin Le came into our salon with his Fitness Union flyer changed my and my sister's life. We were tired of feeling tired and not satisfied with our looks. We were wanting to fulfill our short term goal of looking better in our Halloween costumes so we signed up for 30 days of personal training. Working out with Darryl 4-5 times a week along with Kevin's nutritional advice, even joining them and Paul on Saturdays at their "free" boot camp. Our results were phenomenal! Not only did we look great but we felt even better. Needless to say, we're very happy with The Fitness Union. Over three months later we're still going strong and working out has become a part of our lives. We highly recommend personal training because it's difficult to get motivated and even more difficult to stay motivated. They keep the workouts challenging yet fun, you just have to commit and put forth the effort and you will see amazing results.
