Fantastic experience: Very helpful as I was considering joining Lakeland Fitness. Took me on a tour and explained everything I needed to know. Signed up and got my first workout in. Facilities are fantastic and unbelievablynclean and well taken care of. So happy this facility is available to residents and guests of the north woods.

Fantastic experience: Fitness center that has everything you could want for a great workout. Plus the added bonus of 4 golf simulators, and racquetball courts. Friendly staff dedicated to enhance your fitness/golf experience.

Fantastic experience: I've been going to Lakland Golf and Fitness for a couple of years. The staff is very friendly, the building and equipment is always clean. It's an awesome place to workout and exercise.

Positive experience: Clean enough and has a decent variety of machines. Only 2 power racks, 1 deadlift station, and a fair amount of dumbbells. I use Lakeland as my gym when visiting. Less busy after 8pm.

Fantastic experience: Holy cow. Nice facility! I wish they had a basketball court and sauna. But if you're looking for something to do indoors-when the weather is bad-there's two racket-ball courts and one can be converted to Wally Ball!!! It's like volleyball but you can use the walls. We're going to get a family membership here every winter. Free weights and machines are top notch. There are treadmills, bikes, rowers and stair climbers. First step to correcting this covid-bod. Classes are pretty light and sporadic but you can meet with a personal trainer.

Fantastic experience: Lakeland Fitness and Golf is GREAT. I so enjoy the golf times with all my boys. The staff are all so kind, enjoyable and extremely accommodating. Oh. How can I repay them?

Fantastic experience: This is one of the cleanest facilities I have ever used. The staff is very helpful and friendly as well. I recently took a class and the instructor was able to suit the class to ALL fitness levels as well.

Fantastic experience: Nicest indoor golf simulator around! I played twice a week all winter long. I Hit thousands of balls and had no issues with the simulators, top quality! Scott the pro is a great teacher and he also is the fastest cheapest clubsmith around. Grips/shafts/repairs etc.... Only thing I wish is the simulators were open late! It can be hard to get a tee time.... FORE!

Fantastic experience: My family and I joined Lakeland Fitness & Golf in August of 2020. We had looked into other facilities in the area, but found that LFG offered exactly what we were looking for: cardio, weights and a friendly helpful staff to get us started on a proper fitness journey. The facility is clean, and there is plenty of room. We are so glad we joined! Thank you for a topnotch gym in the Northwoods!
