Fantastic experience: Never been a gym goer but I LOVE coming here. Staff is always friendly. They keep it very clean as well. Mostly an older crowd so it's quiet and non-judgmental. Sandi is the personal trainer there and if I could I'd give her 5 stars as well. She's taught me not only how to use the machines but how to work out properly. Wonderful atmosphere to workout in and a good variety of machines or tools to use. Would recommend to everyone in the area looking for a gym. If you get a membership, you can use it at the other tone zone gyms in eagle river and rhinelander.

Positive experience: I did not like the food, was very bland. Staff was cold and I saw him twice. Won't be going back.

Fantastic experience: Being from Chicago area and just needing a place to lift for a few days I wasn’t expecting much… but my expectations were far surpassed with their free weights, machines, and cardio equipment. And even better - all for just $10 a day on a guest pass. A very cool gym with some really fun members from what I saw in my few days as a guest. If I lived in the area I’d be very pleased with this as my main gym.

Fantastic experience: Great gym, been a member off and on for years... all the equipment, space, you need. Wonderful to have a cafe and grocery store in the same 70 West Center , and the amazing Wild Berry Market across the street!

Fantastic experience: Great space. A row of treadmills, a row of “other” cardio machines, a row of upper body life fitness machines, a row of lower body life fitness machines, and a good sized free weight area. There’s also an odd assortment of stuff (trx, large boxing bag, bosu, 2 spin bikes and more) in a back room. Each bathroom has lockers, showers, and a sauna. Not sure why one reviewer said the equipment is “casual.” I’ve traveled a lot in the US and was very happy to find the equipment at this place.

Positive experience: Friendly staff. Good for your average gym, but still lacking equipment

Positive experience: Equipment is nice. Staff is friendly. Just wish I could be guaranteed to get into the facility with my card. After trying to get your card reader to work for around 5 minutes, someone let me in and said “yeah, nobody’s card works in that thing.” This is a very typical occurrence for me and many others, and it often ends with a missed gym session and a bad morning. I’ve been going to this gym for a year or more and the issue has persisted for that duration, but has recently gotten worse. I feel like staff is aware of this issue as I’ve mentioned it a few times, and I know other people that have as well. Is it possible to implement a system similar to that of anytime fitness with a fob reader instead of a card swiping system. Or perhaps replace the current card reader. Please fix!
